Overlord Fan-Fic Major AU: A Heretic’s Innocent Changes in the Setting

First off, I want to say I suck at writing both a synopsis and/or summary, so this will be pretty straightforward. This story will be set in the Overlord Light Novel universe with several characters from other universes, with the setting being before the official launch of the game Yggdrasil, with the main character being the highest leveled admin. The main character is an OC and is the older sister of Ainz. In this story, there are only females and futanari. All male characters from any of the universes will be gender-bent female versions, and a couple will be futanari.
