Hello, my name is Niimi Nazuna, and I'm 15 years old. I have a brother named Niimi Kousei, who happens to be a famous streamer known as "Kou-kun." He's a well-known vtuber loved for his entertaining streams, funny persona, and helpful advice.
Today, during class, I couldn't help but notice some of one of my friends watching VODs of Kou-kun's streams.
"Hey, look... Kou-kun looks so cute!" Sumi-chan exclaimed.
"Yeah, he's really charming," Natsu added.
I couldn't help but glance at them, but they soon noticed my gaze.
"Niimi-chan, do you know Kou-kun?" Sumi-chan asked, curiosity evident in her eyes.
Yes... He's my brother... LIKE HELL I WILL SAY THAT!
"I-I do, why?" I replied, feeling a little nervous.
"Hmm, sit here," Sumi-chan gestured and patted the empty seat beside her. "Let's watch Kou-kun together."
"I-Is he interesting?" I asked, taking hesitant steps toward them.
"Duh," Natsu chimed in, chuckling.
The three of us settled in and started watching Kou-kun's stream. We were watching a compilation of his epic fails. After a particularly funny clip, Sumi-chan paused the video and turned to me. "See? Isn't he funny?" she asked with a smile on her lips.
"I-I guess he is," I replied, feeling a small smile forming on my lips.
Gah, my brother is making me cringe! I can't take it anymore! Why is he acting like that?!
Natsu tilts her head and looks at me. "Hm? Niimi-chan, what's wrong?"
"N-Nothing!" I quickly respond, trying to hide my embarrassment but...
"I... see... your face went pale for a second," Natsu says, clearly unconvinced by my actions.
I immediately turn away, forcing a laugh. "Ahahaha... Is that so? Hahaha..."
I need to change the topic.
"Anyway, let's get ready for class!"
"Right," they both say in unison as we return to our original seats and open our textbooks.
Time passed by, and since it was already the sixth period, school ended. However, heavy rain started pouring outside. "Ahh... I forgot my umbrella," I whispered to myself in frustration. I grabbed my phone from my pocket, intending to call my brother for help, but to my dismay, my battery was dead. "Talk about bad luck!"
Then, two of my friends noticed my predicament. "Hm? Niimi-chan, did you forget your umbrella too?"
I turned to them. "Y-Yeah."
"Hehe, looks like we're the trio of idiots," Natsu added with a smirk.
"Hey, don't include me in that," I retorted.
"Anyway, it seems we'll have to wait here," Sumi said, watching the rain pour heavily.
"Yeah." I remained silent, gazing at the rain.
But then, I spotted a familiar figure approaching. As the person got closer, I recognized their face.
"O-Onii?!" I exclaimed, surprised.
He ran towards us, holding an umbrella in his hand. "Nazuna!" he called out, panting.
"W-What are you doing here? I told you not to come to my school, right!?" I pouted, looking away.
"Oh, come on... I don't want my little sister to catch a cold," he smirked.
"S-Shut up!" I snatched the extra umbrella from his hand.
"Oh?" He then turned to my friends. "No umbrella?"
They both shook their heads.
He looked at his umbrella, then at my friends, and nodded, offering them the umbrella. "Take it," he said, before immediately running into the storm.
"Wait, Onii!" I called out, but he was already gone. "Ahh... There he goes," I sighed, turning to my friends, who were blushing and inching closer to me.
"Niimi-chan... I didn't know you had such a cool brother," Natsu said.
"Hmph! Just so you know, I won't answer any questions if you're going to ask about him," I replied, turning away.
"Ahh, Niimi-chan, you're such a bro-con~" Natsu smirked.
"S-Shut up! I'm not a bro-con!"
"You know~ You just gave me an idea~" Natsu smirked mischievously.
"An idea?" I raised an eyebrow, curious.
"How about next time... we have a sleepover at your house?" Natsu suggested, her smirk growing wider.
...Eh!?!?!!
