Chapter 26: The Forge

¬Third Person P.O.V¬

Oliver stood on one end of the room, a lit cigarette in his lips, his hands in the pockets of his tan trench coat as the cube began to shift, cycling through several different settings. First, a flower meadow where the flowers of many colors were bathed in the warm light of the sun, a cold breeze blowing through making the flowers sway in the wind, then an underground cave, their only source of light coming from the glowing cave crystals that bathed the cave in hues of yellow, blue and purple, a wild jungle complete with illusory fauna before the temper finally stopped shifting. The room now looked to be an ancient Ayenal Elf ruin, the white archways and pillars were decorated with elaborate carvings of the different star constellations recognized in the Ayenal Pantheon as well as carvings representing the moon, with the archways even having hanging moss growing from the holes in them.
