CHAPTER 5 - My Real Love (Short Chapter)
“Whaaa~t?! You’re in love with another person?!” Maeve just looking at Demi with her exaggerating reaction.
“Idiot, lower down your voice. It isn’t necessary for everyone in this cafeteria to know.” She uttered as she narrowed her eyes with an annoyed look.
“Could it be, you in love with me, Maevy?” Shun guessed. Demi just giving him a facepalm.
Maeve calmly placed her chin on her palm and smirked as she looking in Shun’s direction before her.
“Shun, you’re too hot for someone like me. I wonder if someday I could fall for you.” She teased. Still with a smirk and lazy droopy look.
“Whaaa~t?!” Shun’s turn to drawl.
“Hah, it wasn’t me, huh?” But quickly mumbled.
“Why so down, you knew it will never you, right? Now, you’re spoiling the mood! I want to know who is Maeve in love with.” Demi complaining with an irritated look.
“Now, Demi doesn’t love me too? This is the worst day in my life~” He started foolishly lamenting.
Demi won’t give a damn about that crazy casanova guy.
“But, aren’t you with that Caroline-girl?” Demi turned even more serious. Maeve still smirking.
“Ah, you’re right. That’s why, my real love.. just let it be..” Her smirk changed into a sad-looking smile.
“It will never come true anyway..” She continued.
“Maeve, did you in love with another girl.. again?” Demi questioned since she knows inquired love for that girl will always happen when it comes to girls.
“Of course! Do you think I’m gay?” She pridefully confirmed.
“Yes, you’re a girl.”
“You know her.” Ignoring the true thing said by Demi, she continued about her new crush.
“Well, I guess... it’s impossible not to..” She speculated.
“Just tell me already!” Demi demanded.
“Ding dong~” The bell rang, which means lunch break was over.
“Oh, it’s a shame. Lunch break’s over, guys. Let’s go back to the class, you’ll see her.” She smirked as she stands up from her seat.
Demi looked at Shun beside her who was also looking at her. Both with a surprised look.
“Is she in our class?” Both said in unison.
Maeve just chuckled and walks away.
Meanwhile, Alan is on his seat struggling to finish his homework before he forgets about it.
“Achoo!!!” He looked at the opened window next to him.
‘Wind? A cold, huh?’ He thought.
‘No, I think someone just said my name in his/her thought.’
He was true. Maeve in her mind:
‘Alan knew that person. Haha..’
The wind blows, Spring is coming. Perhaps something fun will happen soon.
