Chapter 136 It Hurts

AMY POV :

It’s been years, and I’ve never slept better, but at this moment, I felt most peaceful and calm.

I’ve no worries, no sorrows, nothing to be worried of, I am calm and asleep.

All I needed was to remain in this place forever until the noises started to irritate my sleep.

“OH.”

The slow itching on my face started to burn my skin, and I frowned at it. Also, the wetness on my hands made me uncomfortable.

Who is licking my hand??

Uncomfortably, I blinked, and as soon as my lids opened slightly I was greeted with a haggard sight of Derek.

Am I at his place?? I thought absentmindedly.

“Amy…” He let out a hoarse cry, and then touched my face which made me cry out in pain.

“OUCH !!”

“It hurts…

Yeah, it does f**king hurts, Amy…”

He started crying like a child while I was still trying to figure out what was happening and what happened to me.

“In case you fall back into sleep, just know that I am deeply ashamed of all the bad deeds I did in the past to hurt you.
