"Whoo—whoo! Howl!"

Doglike sounds echoed through the camp, especially among several Dogheads standing near the camp's entrance.

Dogheads were a species of humanoid creatures, standing about a meter tall, known for their cunning and timid nature. 

They had heads resembling those of velociraptors, with elongated jaws, bright gem-like eyes, and horns. 

Their physical characteristics were also reminiscent of Earth's velociraptors, with scaly skin typically dark brown, occasionally black, and a tail resembling that of a mouse. 

Their leg joints formed a vertical "Z" shape, providing them with swift mobility. They had only four long, sharp-tipped toes.

While Dogheads weren't particularly gifted in language, curiously, they could speak the language of dragons, although their sounds resembled barks, which likely contributed to their name, Dogheads.
