Ren's POV:
For the past few weeks, Ren was having the best time of his life. He started reminiscing about his lucky encounter with Neo, traveled the seas, and met new people. He was shocked when he arrived at Loguetown and experienced the grandeur of the casino and the beautiful market avenue.
Suddenly someone knocked on his door and said, "Sir, Boss Neo is calling you to the conference room."
Ren opened the door and saw Reed waiting for him, "Let's go, lead the way." They walked through the hallways and arrived at the conference room in Jenne's mansion. She was also waiting for Neo's arrival, they greeted each other and took their respective seats.
After some time Neo entered the room with a big grin on his face. "Everyone, I have some amazing news," he exclaimed. "Our casino has been a massive success and we have created so many job opportunities for the people of Loguetown. The fast food and bar business is also booming with sales."
Ren couldn't help but feel proud of Neo's accomplishment. It was amazing to see how the idea of opening a casino could impact so many lives. "That's incredible," he said with a smile. "How many jobs have we created?"
Reed pulled out a folder from his briefcase and handed it over to Ren. "Take a look for yourself," he said. Ren opened the folder and was amazed to see the numbers. There were jobs ranging from waiters and bartenders to dealers and security personnel.
"We've even started construction on a hotel near the casino, which will create even more business" added Jenne.
"That's fantastic," said Ren, impressed. "But what's next? What are your plans for the future?"
Neo took a deep breath and said, "I have been thinking about this a lot lately. I want to expand our business and create a shipping company. I want to offer affordable and efficient shipping services to people all over the world. We can transport goods, supplies, and even people. It will be a huge undertaking, but I know we can do it."
Reed and Jenne nodded in agreement, both of them excited about the new venture. "That's a great idea, boss," Reed said. "We have the fleet and the manpower to make it happen."
"We have another task at hand, I want to name our company 'Aqua Trading Co.' so that we can create a brand. Jenne and Reed will be incharge of managing the shipping company."
"Thank you Neo, we are looking for sea stone in the black market. We can slowly expand to the other four seas." Jennne said.
"Ren, I have another job for you. I'm sure it will be of your interest." Neo said happily.
Ren leaned forward in his seat, curious about what Neo had in mind. "What kind of job is it?" he asked.
"I want to make a school for talented children who wants to get a better life. The students will be given clean rooms, food, education in various subjects, and combat training that will help our organization with smart minds." Neo said with a smile.
"While at it you will travel all the islands with a team and scout for all the talented people and recruit them in our school as teachers and students. I want to make a difference in the lives of those who are less fortunate. We have the resources and the ability to provide education and a better life for them. You will be paid handsomely, will you take on this task?"
Ren was stunned by the proposition. He had never imagined himself as a philanthropist or an educator, but the idea of making a positive impact on the world was tempting. "I...I don't know," he stammered. "I mean, I don't know anything about running schools."
"That's okay, Ren," Neo reassured him. "You will have our support and guidance every step of the way. And I believe in your ability to lead and inspire others. Think about it, and let me know your decision."
Ren nodded slowly, his mind racing with possibilities. He had always wanted to see more of the world and make a difference in people's lives. This could be the opportunity of a lifetime to leave his crime-filled past behind. "I'll think about it, give me a day." he said, his voice barely above a whisper.
As the meeting came to a close, Ren left the conference room deep in thought. He knew that whatever decision he made would have a significant impact on his future and the future of those he would be helping. It was a big responsibility, but also a chance to do something truly meaningful.
