After his fight against Rear Admiral Lobo, Touma was called by Fleet Admiral Sengoku to his office to be officially promoted. From being a marine captain, he was now a marine Rear Admiral. But although he was now promoted, he still didn't have any mission to do and he was still in the headquarters training his skills.

In this couple of days he had been staying in the headquarters. Fleet Admiral Sengoku came to knew about his personalities and his views towards the pirates. Knowing the hatred Touma has towards the pirates, Sengoku was afraid that there would be another marine like Akainu in the future. So, while Touma was staying in the Marine Headquarters. He had been also monitoring Touma in every other aspect. He also ordered Vice Admiral Garp to train Touma in two of the Rokushiki, the Geppo and Soru.

"Brat! Move your feet a little more faster! Come on, are you really that bad!" while eating donuts, Vice Admiral Garp shouted at Touma who had been sweating profusely in the training grounds.

'This brat is good, his determination and will to improve is really great. I guess we really need to change his personalities a little bit like Sengoku said. If not, he would become a slaughterer in the future' Garp thought. He admired Touma's abilities to quickly adapt and learn anything that was taught to him. "Later you will do 1000 push ups!"

Vice Admiral Garp's hearty laughter echoed in the whole training ground.

Touma only listens to the instruction given to him without any question. Because there is only one thing in his mind, and that is to get stronger.

The days passed by and in the blink of an eye, two months had already passed by. In this span of two months, aside from doing small missions for the marines. Touma had been training in the Marine Headquarters. This time, he had already mastered the use of Geppo and Soru. After his training of Geppo and Soru, Touma didn't train the other rokushiki techniques. Because this time, he had been training about haki.

In terms of haki, he was already capable of using armament and observation haki in a small degree. But towards conquerors haki, there is still no sign about it.

Many marines in the headquarters know about Touma and his abilities. Even if his rank is Rear Admiral, he had a strength of a Vice Admiral even without using his ice abilities. "Rear Admiral Touma, Fleet Admiral Sengoku ordered that you immediately meet him to his office" while he was training, Touma was disturbed by the sudden appearance of another marine officer.

Hearing that Sengoku wanted to see him, he nodded his head and replies, "Thank you for telling me, I will immediately go to him"

Inside Sengoku's office, Touma was listening to Sengoku who had a deep frown in his face. Just by looking at his expression, Touma knew that there must be something bad that happened. "Rear Admiral Touma, you are to set sail towards the Kingdom of Alabasta. You will be in charge of the things that happened there. Make sure that the news about a pirate saving a country wouldn't be leaked. And also, you will be escorting former shichibukai Crocodile to the Impel Down"

After taking the mission, Touma board his own battleship. Because he was already a Rear Admiral, Touma now owned his own battleship. Although it was smaller than the other high ranking marines, it was still quite huge compared to any ordinary marine of pirate ships.

"Go to the Kingdom of Alabasta, we have something to do there" giving his instructions, Touma look towards the vast sea in front of him.

In the Kingdom of Alabasta, a group of pirates were running away from the marines. This pirates were called the Straw Hat Pirates, and their Captain is Monkey D. Luffy. He was the grandson of the Marine Hero, Monkey D. Garp.

"Quickly! Capture them!" a group of marines were running chasing the Straw Hat Pirates.

"Bastards! Stop running and let me catch you!"

"F*ck! Why would I let myself be captured by a group of good for nothing like you!" a man with a green hair shouted back at the marines. This man was considered by many as the Vice Captain of the Straw Hat Pirates, Pirate Hunter, Roronoa Zoro.

"Zoro, just ignore them. Just focus on running away. This marines are like leeches, they are very hard to remove" a blonde hair young man shouted to Zoro.

While the Straw Hat Pirates were getting chased by the marines, just several kilometers away from the kingdom. There was a marine battleship closing in. Inside this marine battleship was Rear Admiral Touma who came with his crew to handle the situation in the island.

"Rear Admiral Touma, Captain Smoker and Captain Hina was already in the island chasing the Straw Hat Pirates. Do we need to support them in chasing the pirates?" Touma who had his eyes closed suddenly open it when he heard the marine's report.

Touma stood up and said, "No, just head towards the location of the Straw Hat Pirate ship. We will sink it down before they step foot to it"

"Yes!" the marine saluted before running away.

'Garp, although I am thankful for all the things you teach to me. But your grandson is still a pirate, and is in need to be stopped. That is my job as a marine, and i'm just doing my duty' Touma knew about Garp's grandson because when he was training with Garp. Garp always tells to him how he wanted his grandson to be a marine. But in the end, his grandson still ended up becoming a pirate.

Finally, the Straw Hat Pirates arrived at their ship ready to go away. But as they were about to get away, explosions sounded in the sea water near their pirate ship, Going Merry.

Pillars of water splashed in the sea, shaking their pirate ship.

"Luffy! This is bad, there is a marine battleship firing at us!" Usopp shouted with a frightened expression as cannon balls exploded near them.

"Damn! There is another group of them! They just keep coming to us!" Black Leg Sanji, the cook of the Straw Hat Pirates shouted with a dark expression on his face. The cigarette in his mouth has already fallen to the ground as he jumps to the air trying to deflect the cannon balls that would hit the ship.

"Quickly! Let get out of this place quickly. That marine battleship is huge, there is definitely a powerful marine in that ship" the navigator of the ship Nami shouted in panic when she saw the huge battleship firing cannon towards them.

"Straw Hat Pirate! I will give all of you a chance to surrender to us! If not, we will sink you alongside with your pirate ship!" from the marine battleship, Touma loudly shouted. His eyes were cold and his expression was serious. If this was the past him, he wouldn't even talk to this pirates and just jump off of the ship and attack the Straw Hat Pirates directly.

"There's no way I will surrender to you marines. Just turn around and leave us alone!" from his ship, Luffy shouted in the top of his lungs. There was even a huge smile on his face, unfazed of the threat coming from the huge battleship.
