Vs Beauregard, Part 2

Swann and Morgan were standing across from Beauregard. But instead of fighting, Beauregard activated his Shadow Cloak. 

"To where did he flee?" Swann asked.

"He has to be still on this island! Maybe he tries to steal a boat from the Marines!" Morgan replied.

There were only two boats from the Marines, because this was only a small base. But Morgan was not right. There was no Beauregard near the ships.

Meanwhile Jack, Mirage and Radcliff still hadn't begone to fight. But they were ready. Mirage summoned his dice. He let it fly through the air. The dice rolled. Then it stopped. Four. Again.

A stone was summoned right next to Radcliff. It raced towards his head. But he was faster. With a strong kick, he broke through the stone.

"That is all you've got?" Radcliff grinned.

"Use your Devil Fruit!" Mirage demanded from Jack.

"I still don't know how to use it!" Jack replied. Mirage turned back to Radcliff. He summoned his dice again and threw it through the air.

But before it even was at its highest point, a well aimed kick from Radcliff shattered it to pieces, that moments later disappeared.

"What?" Mirage staggered. "That never happened before!" He tried to summon his dice again. "It doesn't work! I can't summon it!" 

With Jack unable to use his Devil Fruit, and Mirage being not able to summon his dice, they were unable to fight Radcliff. Well, they could still use sword. But where do they get them from?

Then they heard the voice of Eusta: "Hey! That Kuro-Guy is at the entrance of the Base!"

Morgan and Swann looked around. And Eusta was right. Beauregard was standing at the entrance of the base, watching over the fight. 

Then he noticed that Morgan and Swann had noticed him. He turned into black smoke.

"Where is he now?" Swann asked Eusta through the transponder snail. "Can you see him?" 

"He's... He's here!" 

Meanwhile a ship with a yellow sail landed on a little island, called "Bird Cage". The island was known for its birds, but years ago, the birds went extinct, for an unknown reason. But the pirates on the ship, known as the "Tiger Pirates" had a different goal.

It took them a little, but then they found what they searched for. In a little cave, under a mountain. A Devil Fruit. They knew exactly from the Devil Fruit Encyclopedia, a book from the World Government, which Fruit this was.

Through the connection to the World Government, through the family of the Captain, Nefertari Kuni, they had got the information, of the location of the Fruit. The 'Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Suzumu'.

The captain was a young, black haired woman. She was wearing a yellow shirt, with the logo of her pirate crew, and white pants. As one of the four "Rulers of the East Blue", four pirates, that were considered the strongest Pirates in the East Blue, she has the name "Empress of the East Blue".

After only half a year of piracy, at the age of 19 she got her first bounty of 14,000,000 Berries. Now, 2 years later, she had a second bounty of 28,000,000 Berries and was one of the most searched pirates in the East Blue.
