Also, this world can be considered an AU. I tried to add it to the tag but I couldn't find it so I have just mentioned it in the synopsis.

"My name is Lennert "Holy Knight of Light" and it's my pleasure to have a duel with you," Lennert said taking out his sword and pointing at Ryuu.

"My pleasure too," Ryuu said and also took out his sword.

Hinata then came in the middle of the ground and giving a look at both of them said.

"Then I will be the judge of this match, Are the both of you ready."

"Yes, Hinata sama."

"I am ready too."

"Then let the match begin," Hinata said and disappeared from there.

As the match began Lennert charged at Ryuu and gave him a vertical slash which Ryuu quickly blocked.

Ryuu then returned the attack with one of his own which Rennert blocked but Ryuu didn't stop and continued his assault.

The match had just begun and Lennert was already on the defensive. Lennert and Litith are both surprised by this as they are called as one of the strongest humans equal to the demon lords.

They thought that the match would be close but not this one-sided.

Finally, Lennert was able to get a rest as Ryuu stopped his assault.

"Is this the extent of power that one of "The ten great Saints" has?" Ryuu asked while looking at Lennert.

"Not at all Ryuu san, it's just that you were stronger than I had thought. But please be ready as the battle won't go the same way now."

As he did his chants golden light covered him for a second and he stood up from the ground. His sword was covered by a golden aura.

"Be prepared Ryuu san." Lennert said and charged at Ryuu.

This time his speed was faster than before reaching more than Mach 100  and attacked Ryuu with a clean slice.

But Ryuu dodged that easily and began his offense. Attacking with such speed that more than hundreds of attacks were coming at Lennert at the same time.

Using the technique he blocked all the attacks with such precision that it formed an impenetrable fortress.

Seeing his attack being blocked Ryuu increased his attack speed and power.

As Ryuu's attack increased it became increasingly difficult for Lennert to block the attack and started to suffer from damage throughout the body.

Due to his previous protection magic some of the Damage was offset but it was still a lot for him to handle.

If this continued Lennert knew that he would lose but he still persisted as he couldn't bring shame to the name of the ten great saints.

In a desperate attempt to turn the battle around he gave up on the defense and started to do his offense.

But it was quite a bad decision as just as he was able to hit Ryuu, Ryuu disappeared from the place he was standing.

Appearing behind Ryuu put his sword on Lennert's neck and said.

"It seems I won the duel."

"I guess I lost and I am sorry for such a weak display," Lennert said and put his sword down.

Disappointing was the only thing Ryuu could think of while looking at Lennert. He thought he would be stronger than this.

I guess at the end of the day it's just people who make them look stronger than they actually are.

'Well, what did I expect the only one among them who is a Saint is Hinata other all are just sages.' Ryuu thought and looked at Hinata.

"This duel is won by Ryuu," Hinata said in her calm voice.

<Holy Magic: Heal> 

With that Lennert healed the injuries in his body and stood up.

"I am sorry Hinata Sama for such a bad performance. If you wish I will relinquish my title as one of the ten saints." Lennert said while giving Hinata a quick bow.

Litith looked like she was going to say something but stopped herself and just stood there silently.

"There is no need for that, you just have to do more training," Hinata said and looked at Lennert and then Litith.

"Thank you for your kindness Hinata Sama and thank you for opening my eyes, Ryuu Sama," Lennert said.

"Litith I don't think you can defeat Ryuu so why don't you and Lennert team up to fight him? Is that okay with you Ryuu?" Hinata said and looked at me.

"Why not, it will be an interesting match," Ryuu said.

"Litith and Lennert how about you two?" Hinata asked the two.

"I am ok with it Hinata Sama." Lennert said.

"I also don't mind it, Hinata Sama," Litith said.

"Well then be ready for the fight." 

Then Ryuu stood on one side of the arena and the other two on the other side of the arena.

Lennert gave himself the same boost as before and this time Litith added some extra boost.

And many more boosts as she is mostly a support and mage class holy Knight.

"Are all of you ready?" Hinata asked.

"Yes" All of us replied and the battle began.

Lennert charged at Ryuu with a speed even greater than the last match.

Ryuu also took it more seriously than before and charged at Lennert. Even with all the boost he got Lennert was still at a disadvantage but luckily for him this time he had support.

<Holy Magic: Rain of Holy swords>

Litith casted her magic and hundreds of magic circles lit up in the sky shooting hundreds of swords in the direction of Ryuu.

This was one of the stronger holy magic as if an enemy is hit by it it will damage them but if an ally is hit it will heal their injuries.

Looking at hundreds of swords coming at him Ryuu didn't panic but simply casted his own magic.

<Fragmented Wind>

As he did the spell the winds in the surroundings broke like shattered glass and countered the incoming attack. This was the stronger form of wind needle he previously used.

Then he continued his assault on Rennert with his sword while also attacking Litith with his magic.

Though this battle lasted longer than the last one the winner this time was still Ryuu.

Just like that the duel came to an end without Ryuu even breaking a sweat.
