Ch.113 The Battle Finale

Looking at the dragon in front of me, I put back my sword in my sheath and clutch my hands to make a fist. Well, even though I can't hurt it, it also can't hurt me, so I guess I can practice my skills on it.

Appearing in front of its head I give it a strong kick sending it flying, in the distance, increasing my speed I follow it as I pull my hand back getting ready for a strong attack.

<Nameless body technique: Breakdown>

As I punched the dragon in the chest, a booming sound was heard as it was sent flying downward. The Dragon hit the ground creating a massive crater, not stopping with my attack I arrived in front of the fallen dragon.

<Nameless body technique: Solar Fist>

My hands glowed with a bluish white glow as it got covered by flames so intense that it burned the atmosphere itself. Without letting the dragon to even react, I punched it continuously with my fist.

Boom! BOOM! BOOM!

I continued to pummel the dragon as the ground below it melted, normally such an attack would be able to kill anybody, but I can feel that the dragon was unhurt.

Giving it an upper kick, I send it flying in the sky as I also followed it.

<Nameless body technique: First Impact>

Flying like Superman, I collided with the dragon as an intense amount of energy flowed into my fist. As my fist collide with its body it disappeared, well more specifically it was sent flying at such speed that even light couldn't catch its motion.

Looking above, I saw that a new crater had formed as the dragon remained plastered in the middle of it, completely uninjured.

Bringing itself out of the clutches of the stone, the dragon looked at Ryuu as it roared, a sea of flames irrupted from its mouth as they moved toward Ryuu.

Looking at the flames coming toward me, I simply waved my hands, and the winds created by such an action blew all the flames away.

As the flames disappeared, the figure of the dragon could be seen with its claw ready to attack me.

<Nameless body technique: Perfected lotus>

Looking at the dragon's attack, I put my palm forward as an image of the image formed behind me. The dragons came in contact with my palm, and it stopped ad if all the power held by it disappeared.

One of the petals of the lotus behind me wilted as all the remaining one's glowed, seeing that no attack was coming toward me.

Bringing both my hands out, I started to do palm attack, each attack I did made one of the lotus behind me turn to white light. Nothing else happened for a while as I continued to attack the dragon at high speed.

Finally, all the petals of the lotus disappeared as I stood there without moving, the dragon looked at me as if not understanding what just happened.

Just then it was sent flying back, no sound was heard, and the dragon quickly stabilized itself in the air. Wondering what had happened, the dragon looked at the place it was hit and to its surprise there was a lotus mark engraved in its body.

Some of the scales in its body were greatly damaged as it even bled a little, even though a wound was created in its body it didn't hurt. The dragon looked at Ryuu with surprise, understanding what had happened.

"Well, seems that managed to harm you." I spoke as I looked at the injuries in the dragon's body. Though I sighed again as it began to heal back, seems even after I broke the bones in my hand I still couldn't damage it fatally.

Looking at my fast healing hands, I clutched it into a fist and back. Seeing that it was completely healed, I held the hilt of my sword and took it out.

"Now, time to practice my sword technique's" I spoke as I looked at the dragon.

ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOR

Hearing his words, the dragon face turned into that of pure rage as it gave a bone chilling roar that shook the entire cave. With a burst of great speed, it flew toward Ryuu as the majestic flames created an armor around its body, and its already sharp claws got a layer of compress flames covering it.

I got ready to block it as this wasn't the first time the dragon had done such an attack, as the claw was coming toward me, I got ready to counter it when its speed suddenly increased by a factor of three.

Already expecting that, I changed the position of my sword in an instant but to my surprise just before the claw collided with my sword it speeds again increased. Currently, it was four times as fast as it initially was.

But since I had already seen it increase it speed, I just put more strength in my hands and parried it. With the attack coming toward me nullified, I readied my attack.

<Nameless sword technique: First form- Wor...< p>

I couldn't even finish my attack as its tail came flying toward me, intending to pierce through me, Quickly stopping my attack I parried the tail away as the force of the tail pushed me back.

Without even letting me get back into balance, another claw came toward me with I parried away, the dragon seems to have become faster.

As it continued to attack me with the combination of one of its claws and tails, due to me not being able to get a good footing I was pushed into a disadvantage.

"Bleggg" 

I vomited blood from my mouth as its other claw pierced me straight in the chest, creating a gapping hole in it. Blood flowed from the wound as I held the nail that had pierced me with both of my hands.

Pushing against it, I managed to get back as I flew far away from the dragon, the dragon didn't floor me for some reason. Looking at the gapping hole in my chest that was quickly healing, I held my sword tightly as I looked at the dragon with more weariness. The attack it did, I wasn't even able to react.... no that's not correct it was slower than me but was done in such a way that I won't be able to dodge.

"Surprised, are we?" A majestic and deep sound was heard as it vibrated the entire cave.

As for the source of the sound, it was the dragon who was looking at Ryuu with pride and arrogance seeping out of its eyes.

Its once golden eyes now had a hint of red as they continued to look at Ryuu, feeling the gaze, Ryuu felt like everything about him was being studied and nothing could be hidden.

"Hoooo"

I took a deep breath as I looked at the dragon in front of me, who I thought couldn't speak, suddenly spoke.

"You can speak, it seems." I said as I looked at the dragon. The wounds in my body had completely healed, but my armor was also destroyed, so now it is in its pendent form.

"Of course I can speak, I just didn't find a reason to... that was until..." The dragon spoke as rage erupted from its entire being.

"You dared to use me as a test subject."

"It had been ten thousand years since I had been able to fight on somewhat of an equal ground. So I thought I would enjoy it before killing you."

"But you just had to get on my nerves, didn't you."

"So now for your behavior, you will suffer, and I will give you the most painful death imaginable."

"I see, but do you think you can defeat me." I asked the obvious question, after all, till this point this battle could be said to be quite one-sided.

"We will see." 

The dragon replied to my comment as it appeared in front of me with its claw ready to attack me, with thought acceleration and sage's eyes completely activated I blocked it attack.

It didn't stop as it continued to attack me with it attack increasing in speed but either two, three if four time at random. Due to such a situation, I was forced to focus more on blocking.

<Nameless sword technique: The Inevitable Dawn>

Bringing my sword back, it got charged with intense heat as I gave a piercing attack to the dragon's head. It wasn't able to dodge the attack, as it couldn't really move at such speed.

As the world returned to normal speed I could feel the dragons gaze on me and in that instance I was sat with a tail swipe and was sent flying.

The dragon was also sent flying back as it got covered by white flames, somehow it had managed to attack me. This became an exchange with the only difference being I was the one that got hurt while the dragon remained uninjured.

The battle seem to have gotten more difficult that I thought it will become.
