Two tall men dressed in all black opened the gates and we walked through a path in the middle of his garden. "Your house is big" I said looking into the windows. He remained silent. WE reached the door and as soon as I stepped through, he closed his door and locked it. "I'm sorry, I lied, I need to prove something to dad" he said bowing before me. I was confused. "I need to kill you to prove I'm worthy of being leader".

I turned back and ran down the hall. I looked back and realised he was chasing me with a knife in his hand. I ran into a room. It was the kitchen and in the middle there was a fruit bowl with a wet knife next to it. I grabbed it and turned back as he entered the room. "So you choose to oppose me" he said raising his weapon and walking towards me. He brought it down but I managed to block it. I couldn't counter him because his reach was longer than mine. I jumped on the counter and went across him. I searched the cupboards while looking at him and found some powder I'd seen people cook with before to make spicy food. I opened it and got some in my hand. as he approached, I threw put it in his eyes. "Damn you little sons of Prometheus!" he said covering his eyes. I took the chance and ran out of the room. I could hear his footsteps close behind me.

Suddenly I felt a sharp pain in my waist. I fell and began to bleed out. I looked down and realised he'd thrown his knife. I kept it in to stop the blood and crawled away. He began dragging me so I turned back and stabbed his hands. He shrieked and stumbled back. I got back up and slowly walked towards him. I stabbed him in the leg and turned back. He fell and I stumbled out of the door. There, I saw the boy. "Did you fight Hercul?" he asked carrying me. He led mee out of the gate where I passed out.

I woke up on a stretcher. Around me there were medics running. I was put in a room where more entered. They injected me with something else and I passed out. I woke up in pain. Besides me where some heart rate monitors. Han sat besides me with Pearl. Lila entered the room with a serious expression on her face. "How did this happen?" she asked sitting on the chair. I tried to speak but couldn't. It hurt too much. I then remembered. Was Hercul still alive. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if he was dead. I didn't want to turn into a scum like Delaever. I fell back into sleep soon and when I woke up I felt slightly better. "Hi" I said testing if speaking would still hurt. I could speak but it still hurt so I'd pretend like I couldn't. A doctor came in and realised I was awake. He rushed out of the room and came back with two other doctors. They checked the heart rate which I couldn't see now because he'd turned it. He left the room and I was left to stare at the ceiling.

The doctor came back again. "We'll be doing something so that you can eat while you're hospitalised" he said injecting me with the anaesthetic. I fell asleep and when I woke up I had a tube connecting to my stomach. "Don't move too much or it'll hurt" he said leaving the room again. It was extremely uncomfortable and it added onto the pain from the surgery I had. I fell asleep again and woke up in the middle of the night. The next day, I was fed through the tube which went straight into my stomach and my. Later in the day, Han came alone with some fruit. "Eat this, I think it will make you better" he said leaving right after. I sighed. He probably didn't know what a feeding tube was. Lila came in soon after and sat down. "Did Han drop this off here, I'll ask the doctor if he could feed this to you after, anyways, in about nine days, you'll be discharged from here" she said slightly smiling. I pretended I couldn't because I didn't wanna talk because it still hurt a bit. "Bye now, I'll be back tomorrow" she said leaving. Once again, I was alone. Night came but the curtains were left open. As I was about to fall asleep again, I saw a figure climb up and come in through the window. "It's me, Heracul's brother" he said coming closer. "Don't worry, he's still alive". That eased my heart a bit but I still had a question. "What's your name?". He paused and although I couldn't see his face, I could tell he was confused. "My name is Herma" he said sitting down. "My brother wanted to kill you to prove he was better to our father, he still hasn't awak-... never mind but he's jealous of me even though he's far stronger and that's why" he said while jumping back out of the window. "Hey you left the window open" I said looking outside into the red moon.

The days passed by and I was discharged. I still couldn't do much physical activities because I wasn't fully recovered. The school knew about what happened so I'd be staying home for three more days which was good. I found out that Lila had told the other kids that I'd gone on a trip so that they wouldn't get scared and run away. I laid down on my bed and turned on my phone. That bastard Heracul betrayed me. "Get up it's time to eat!" shouted Lila from her room. I got up and trudged over to the living room. I ate a bit then got up and dumped the rest in the bin.

The next day came and I started school. I looked into the football pitch expecting to see Mazan but he was missing.
