Chapter 33: UNITE Concert

In the morning of the next few days after the horrible event of the Ashes Witch and the Headless Dark Knight. Maria is waking up from her beautiful dream. 

"Shut up!". Once again, she burned the wooden alarm clock on the wall. 

"Wait, hold up a second". Seems like Maria was trying to remember something. 

"My husbands' concert is today!!!". Yes, she was talking about UNITE. Today she will be hanging out with Olivia at the UNITE's concert. 

The smell of ashes is spreading.

"Lady Maria, did you burn the clock again?!". Lily shouted from the outside.

"Don't worry Lily, I'll stop the flame!". Then Maria shot out an 'Ice Beam' to snuff it out.

Maria stretched her arms and legs, she got up and watched the sky: "Not too bright or too dark, nice weather".

After 30 minutes of getting ready, Maria rambles with skipping steps. Maids and the family's workers can clearly see the joy on her face. And today, somehow Maria decides to show everyone a different side of her. She asks Lily to rouge her with a totally different style. A total opposite style. 

"Lily, can you do this style?". Maria displayed the picture on her phone. 

"The Frost Apricot Princess?". Lily was a little nervous. Maria usually doesn't like this makeup style because it looks too distanced. "Are you sure? I thought you hated it".

"I don't know, I have a feeling that the ice elemental would be significant for me in the future". Maria said with a hard-to-understand emotion. Or maybe she was right about it. It could be a premonition of something related to her and her ability.

"Okay, I'll go get the utensils". Lily roamed out of the makeup area. "Just 5 minutes".

Maria was bored so she pulled out her MPhone and texted Olivia: "Hey bestie, what are you doing?".

Olivia answered: "Eating breakfast. Are you ready for the UNITE concert?".

"Absolutely". Maria sent her voice message. "Hey let's do video chat, I'm too lazy to type".

Then she immediately hit the call icon.

"Woa woa chill out girl, your excitement gets really high today". Olivia was biting on her croissant. 

"I am!". Maria uttered cheerfully. "I can't wait for Gabri to sign his name on my new bought album!!".

Gabri is one of the members of the boy band UNITE. He is a rapper and vocalist. He is tall, handsome, muscular, sweet, and kind. 

The UNITE boy band has 4 members in total. They are Gabri, the heart thief; Luo Xian, the mesmerizing cute guy; Heathen, the emo bad boy; And Shiro, the shy animal lover.

Maria loves all of them, however, Gabri is her bias. She even dreamed of being Gabri's girlfriend. A teenage dreamy girl.

"Be elegant or you'll eventually scare him away". Olivia laughed jokingly. 

"I know, that's why today I just told Lily to do gentle makeup for me". Maria's eyes were dazzling. 

"Lady Maria, are you prepared for the new you?". Lily sauntered with her hands holding a silver box of makeup and beauty products.

"Come here bae~, take over me with seduction!". Maria acted like Lily was Gabri. 

"I will, mi vida". Lily approached Maria, she lifted her chin and reckoned like a piercing arrow that shot through her eyes, deep into her soul, and her heart.

At this moment, even if this is only a joke. But somehow Maria still feels like Lily means it. She feels like Lily truly has unconditional love, unspeakable love, and pure love for her.

"Oh y'all, stop it! I'll arrive at your mansion in the next 45 minutes". Olivia interrupted the romantic moment. "Be quick girls".

"Here here here". Lily stepped back and began doing makeup for Maria.

After half an hour, they are finally done.

Maria looks like a prestigious princess. Like Cinderella but better, more mature, and prettier. 

"Wow, I'm so pretty". Maria admired her beauty in the mirror. "I think the silky white skirt would look good on me". She turned to Lily.

"Do you want the dress from the Winter Collection or the dress from the Pearl Collection?". Lily tapped the smart mirror to demonstrate dresses to Maria. 

"The Pearl Collection, it's still too hot for the Winter Collection". Maria kept looking at herself in a smaller mirror. She really likes her new appearance.

"10 more minutes girl". Olivia reminded Maria sincerely.

"Oh, I need to get ready now". Maria picked up her milky cutie packback. 

Lily blocked in Maria's way: "Lady Maria, at least have a bite of the breakfast that I've made for you". 

"Oh sure, pack it up". Maria stepped aside and kept moving forward. "I promise I'll eat it in Olivia's car". Maria was so excited for the concert, she even almost fell down the stairs while running.

Now, Olivia and Maria are at the Concert place. It's a huge auditorium with a wide stage! Because UNITE is seriously well known world wide, so the concert must be crowded. However, it's not a problem for rich fan girls, they just need to buy the VIP seats. 

Unexpectedly, in the VIP area, Maria and Olivia meet an arrogant girl. 

"Oh hello losers, what are you doing here?". Rika mocked Maria and her friend. 

Yes, Rika the ninetail fox.

"UNITE deserves a better fan, not a cheater like you". Everyone knows that Maria is a mean prideful girl, so she won't let anyone step on her.

"Losers always speak loudly just like coins make sound". Rika provoked Maria ironically. "I'm definitely the dollar bills".

"And you know what's the difference between a dollar bill and a coin?". Maria leaned toward Rika's face.

"What?". Rika asked.

"The dollar bill burns faster than the metal coin!". Maria harnessed fire in her hand.

"Don't you dare ruin my day or you'll regret it". Rika backed away. The magic energy is forming around her body, looks like she's about to transform.

"Then apologize to my best friend now!". Maria harnessed ice power in her other hand. 

"Why do I have to lower myself for such an Afon student?". Rika created an energetic orb. "I could just kill her and you". She continued threatening Maria and Olivia. "And no one will ever make me say sorry again".

"You?!". Maria's fire power and ice power were conflicting with each other.

"Girls, chill out". Olivia finally came in to stop the strife. "Let's just go". She pulled Maria's hands and bolted away.

"Yeah, keep running cowards". Rika laughed noisily.
