As Ren took in the sight of Kael and Lumia together, he immediately stepped back, his face a mixture of shock and awkwardness.

"Sorry for interrupting," Ren said hurriedly, beginning to close the door.

"Hey, wait," Kael called out."Tell me the reason you came."

"No reason," Ren replied, trying to retreat.

Kael crossed his arms, his tone firm.

"Ren, I'm saying this nicely—tell me."

Ren hesitated for a moment, scratching the back of his head.

"Fine... I was coming to ask if we're still having the evening duel." Ren asked.

Kael's expression softened, and a small smirk appeared.

"Hmm. I was about to head there anyway. Let's go together." Kael said.

Ren nodded reluctantly. Lumia glanced at Kael, a faint smile on her lips, before joining them.
