These tins were actually famous in my days even right till now. What mothers would do was to store their threads, spools and needles as well inside it.

Whenever I saw these tins on the dining table I would be jumping for joy but when I opened it up, I would be filled with dismay. Hahaha.

Those were the famous British Shortbread that we used to buy from the stores like Sainsbury, Harrods, Walkers and Kjelsens.

I really adore those biscuits... Look it up and store some at home.
