Chapter Twenty-Three

We get to the area where they are performing, and you can feel their nerves are high with worry. I suggest a group pep talk and by the time they are done with the pep talk I look at them all and scream "FIGHTING" and shoot hearts at them which makes them smile and I leave area they are preparing at and go outside to be like a bystander who is watching. After a little bit they come out and after the second performance I see someone who looks serious come and look at them and stays for the rest of their performance and afterwards goes and talks to them. I stand by and watch their conversation from afar and then after a few minutes of them talking Hongjoong and the guy shake hands and the guy leaves. Then Hongjoong and the others just jump and scream in excitement. I walk over there to see them all "hey you guys were amazing!" I said, "I would hug you all but you're all sweaty." I said as I gave them water and towels for their face as we begin walking away and piling into the cars. I start to get a little impatient waiting to hear what the guy said to them and why they got so excited. When we all get to the house San's girlfriend included, they all go inside and I decide to ask "So who was the guy that came by at the end and started talking to you?" I ask Hongjoong has us all sit down on the floor. "Well he was a recruiter and he told us we have all the makings of a great kpop band especially how well we were able to draw a crowd and that they have been seeing our videos on the internet and the ones we sent in we can start training soon. But the thing is none of the guys said they sent in any of the videos of us in I mean we know about the YouTube ones I just don't know how we got videos sent in from us." He seemed confused. I look at them "well don't be mad at me but...I have been sending videos of you guys practicing and performing for months to random agencies trying to just get anyone to take a chance on you guys. I have been saying all this time how amazing you all are and how you deserve the world and you all said you wanted to be kpop idols." I said super-fast looking at my feet. Then all at once they all hugged me in a massive hug. "ughh grosss you're all so sweaty." I say between sniffles and I hear sniffles from some of them. "I take it you guys are not mad at me?" I ask they all just laugh "No we could never be mad with you. Thank you Hirami, really. This is amazing." Seonghwa said. "Okay gross beings go get a shower then we can go get food my treat yea?" They all agree and go work on getting a shower. Leaving me and Rose alone together. "wow that was nice of you" She said to me. "I mean yea, its their dream. No matter what it means for me I just want them to get their dreams you know?" I say smiling. "Would you be upset if I kidnapped San for a few days? I want to take him somewhere just me and him?" She asks looking at me "As long as you bring him back safely is all I care for. Just take care of my best friend." I say smiling at her "great then its settled" she says excited. I take this opportunity to check my phone and seeing selfies sent to me from Pentagon members telling me they miss me and stuff and hopefully can talk soon. Makes me pout I miss them silly beans.

Eventually all the guys are done and so we pile into the cars and go to a restaurant that I pre reserved before their show to celebrate anyway for their hard work and dedication. They are all chaotic at the restaurant so excited from the events from earlier and in the middle of dinner San and Rose announce they are going on a trip to the beach to which everyone decides to go to the beach and you can see the disappointment on Rose's face about everyone coming along. I got a few weeks before school starts back up since I finished my summer school Friday. They do not start their training for 3 weeks, so it all works out. I must let my work know I will be gone for 2 weeks but I am sure it will be fine since I am a model employee. Seonghwa has been teaching me how to drive over the summer too so one day I can get a car. After dinner we all go back to home and we start packing for our trip. We leave the day after tomorrow. I decide after dinner to walk to my job while everyone is at home, I told Seonghwa about it so nobody worries. When I get there I go talk to the manager and ask for the days off and he agrees just fine considering my employment record is amazing, I never take the day off and am always on time for work and do a good job. I start walking back home listening to music on the way and I decide to take a minute to just enjoy the view and walk to the park and stand by the water. Things are finally working out like they are supposed to. I hope they stay this way. After awhile I walk back home and find everyone but San asleep. San is standing in the kitchen waiting for me to get home. "hey, why aren't you asleep?" I ask taking off my shoes at the door. He looks at me "I was making sure you got home safe is all" I smile at his thoughtfulness. "Thanks, Sannie, did Rose go home?" I ask walking into the kitchen to make myself some chamomile tea to help me sleep. "I already made you a cup I figured you would be here shortly so its still steaming. And yes, she went home not too long before you came back." He says handing me the cup he made for me and it was indeed steaming still. This cute bean of a person can he not make my heartbeat so fast? Am I asking too much? "Are you excited for the trip? Sorry if we all invaded on your personal time with Rose, if you want I can keep the guys away from you guys for a few day so you guys can have a little romantic getaway" I say smiling at him "ah its fine she will be upset about it but I can't imagine anything better than a getaway with all of us." I finish my tea, did I mention that he made it perfectly the way I like it? Cause he did. "Alrighty well thanks for waiting on me to make sure I got back safely. And the cup was perfect as always." I say smiling and he does to I put my arm around his shoulder "sleep is calling my name like I am sure it is yours." I say poking him. He agrees and we walk back to our rooms before dropping me off at my room he stops me "Hirami, I really mean it when I said I love you earlier. And I am so grateful for all you have done for us these past few months. I promise we won't forget you if we get famous okay?" I smile "I appreciate it Sannie and I love you too. I love all you guys. You guys are my family. Family helps each other achieve their dreams no matter what it means for themselves. Night Sannie see you in the morning." I say as we both go into our rooms and get ready for bed.
