Chapter 109

"Oh yes."

"This aspect that you must speak is a bad habit especially by most males, for I would think wiser of keeping that mouth shut if you wish to continue with the living, young one. Walking away her words were murmured, telling me to follow. I followed walking through a black tapestry moving my hands outwards. I parted them as she did as a weight of pressure pushed down against me from the top of my head trying to force me to the ground. Stumbling from the pressure that came suddenly I passed through just barely. With the force of my will alone I forced my way through not knowing what was going on but needed to get out of this as I could feel the inside parts of my body starting to feel the pressure. Taking a few more steps was like the weight of the world was on my back, I finally passed through entering another room. "My girls" was my first thought as I recovered from the pain running from all areas of my head, The pain subsided but the fear of my girls scared me as I started to panic. I fell to one knee as I heard the High Priestess say "Please take a seat with your girl" looking up after a few dee breath to calm myself down I could see the three unharmed sitting on a round brown couch.

The coach was lowered than the floor curling around white stone bricks fireplace burning in a blue flame of light placed in the middle of this sofa. My girls sat next to each other; I stood up to catch my footing while watched the High Priestess step down into the lower section sitting at the opposite end crossing her pale white firm legs.

After the High Priestess had sat, I walked over to my girls never taking an eye of the High Priestess. I sat between Stacks and Daria with Samantha on the left of Stacks. I noticed Samantha's face of pure shock written all over her face.

"What I went through was for demons to pass through correct?" The veil moved up ever so slightly knowing that a motion of some sort caused it to move, only the question could have done it, so I thought. Feeling tension on my arm that was the same mark as Samantha, Samantha was in shock that I overcame the channel. A channel was like a force field that only Demons could pass. A safety barrier for protection against enemies and a place to discuss without interruptions. Her mouth was wide open; she could barely utter a sound.

I wanted to start the conversation but bit my tongue waiting for the High Priestess to speak for it was evident she was watching our moves and expressions.

Since our PM worked with no problem, our communication was done in secret but all I could ask my girls "are you all alright" with a resounding "yes" back.

"Is this fun to you Tagem?" the High Priestess asked with a tone that other would have seen as intimidating. "No, not at all you're high Priestess!" I could not help myself for I never was good at doing things the way people wanted me to do them. An expression on my face that clearly showed a casual look with a sly smile as I answered her.
