"Everything's going to be alright." Ned said wiping Away another tear that fell from Garrick's eyes, "Ned...I love you." Garrick replied all of the sudden.

Smiling,"I love you too, Garrick." Ned replied leaning in to kiss Garrick

Ironically, Ned's phone started ringing before their lips could meet, "Talk about bad timing!" Ned said checking who called, "Oh that's Aroon! I gotta take the call outside but I'll be back...ok love?" he added before he pecked Garrick's lips quickly.

Following Ned with just his eyes, "Don't leave me alone here for too long." Garrick replied.

Ned nodded at him then hurriedly got-up, leaving the room while picking-up on Aroon's call.

*Beeb*

Ned: Aroon, is everything okay? I'm kinda busy right now.

Aroon: Yes everything is okay, how about you? you sound stressed? do you need my help in anyway?

Ned: No, I can vent about my problems later, tell me...why did you call?

Aroon: I feel like I called at a bad time so I'll try to be quick! I just called to say that I changed my mind...I'm marrying Lu.

Ned: Great...so you're marrying him? No more postponing?

Aroon: Yes...Ned, you don't sound the slightest close to alright, can you tell me what happened to you?

Ned: *Taking a deep breath* It's nothing, just focus on your wedding since you're not cancelling it.

Aroon: Ned, please you're my friend, you can tell me what's bothering you.

Ned: I'm alright Aroon...I don't need you right now, what I seriously need is some sleep.

Aroon: You're not going to tell me, I get it...*Sighing* I guess I should get going then.

Ned: Wait Aroon!...I want to ask you, about Luciel.

Aroon: Right, you told me to keep an eye on him and I did.

Ned: Yeah, did anything strange happen?

Aroon: Concerning Luciel? he's actually the reason why I changed my mind about the wedding!

Ned: Really? how so?

Aroon: Shortly after you guys left, me and Lucius kept bickering with each other, I guess the fight was so bad it forced Luciel to come out of his room.

He made us all sit in the living room and tried to get us to talk more calmly, but then I went over my head and my argument with Lu got so much worse, I even got-up and tried to leave the place.

But Lu followed me and tried to grab my hand, so I pushed him away and he started crying.

Ned: Geez! Was it that bad of a fight?

Aroon: *sighing* yeah, I felt so bad when Lu cried, he seemed so heartbroken I Couldn't handle it.

To be fair, I was being a total jackass to Lu...I said some seriously hurtful things to him and Luciel scolded me for it.

Luciel said something about how Lucius and I shouldn't let go of each other, and that we should be honest and kind to each other, or we'll end-up resentful towards one another and do some stupid shit.

Ned: He did say all of that? how interesting.

Aroon: Anyways, that's all I got to say.

I should go now...because of our argument, Lu and I wasted the day, I should go back to the preparation.

Ned: Okay! thank you Aroon and once again congrats, call me if you need anything! whatever you and Lu need, you can count on me, You're family.

Aroon: Actually...I do have a favor to ask, but I'm not sure if asking it on the phone is appropriate due the respect I have for you.

Ned: Aroon, you know you can ask me anything whenever and wherever? we're close aren't we?

Aroon: *Chuckling* I knew you'd say that.

Ned: so what do you need?

Aroon: Ned...before the truth came out on who's behind the trap party and Fernando was exposed, you used to believe that I was the man who killed your lover and friends for most of your life.

Yet from day one that I met you...you've been nothing but a loving kind friend, despite the possibility that I could've being a murderer.

I'm an orphaned child, I have no mother or father of mine, not even siblings, and although Lucius and his mother are about to be my family...the truth is that just like you see me as family, I also consider you, Shadow and the twins as my family, you guys made me feel a part of something.

So I've decided to walk down the aisle, and I want you to be the one to walk me, Ned.

Ned: Oh...Aroon...wow!

Aroon: I know, it's a big request, and you're under no obligation to accept, but if you do... I'll be very grateful for you forever.

Ned: Of course Aroon, I'll walk you!

Aroon: *Cheering* Thank you! you have no idea how much your agreeing means to me!

Ned: I'm happy when you're happy Aroon...but do you really want to go through with the marriage? is it final?

Aroon: Yes! *chuckling* what happened Ned, you're the one who said I shouldn't worry about anything and get married.

Ned: Right! I'm just checking...just in case.

Aroon: Why? did something happen?

Ned: No not really...I mean it's nothing you should worry about.

Aroon: I really hope you're not hiding anything big Ned.

Ned: Don't worry too much...and now that I know I'll be walking you Down the aisle, I should plan a whole different outfit, I should be ready for it *Chuckling*

Aroon: *chuckling* seriously Ned, you just made me so happy, You're like an older brother to me.

Ned: I'm glad to hear that...hey, let me talk to you later okay? I should really go back to what I was doing.

Aroon: You sure you don't want to vent your problems to me now? I'm All ears.

Ned: I'm sure, I don't want to burden you.

Aroon: Don't say things like that, you're literally my best friend, we're each other's shoulder to cry on!...*Sighing* Anyways, thank you again Ned.

Ned : You're welcome Ronnie, bye.

Aroon: Goodbye Ned.

As soon as Ned finished his phone call, A random employee of the hospital approached him in a hurry.

"Sir! Sir!" The employee said, "What happened! You're shaking like a leaf!" Ned asked.

"I can't help it sir! I'll tell you everything from the start!

There's been a car accident nearby, A young man was hit and he got rushed here, it seems like he's in a serious condition." the employee said.

"I don't understand, what's out of ordinary?" Ned asked.

"The boy's parents, the mother to be specific.

She just arrived and well she's causing a seriously big scene! she's having a major breakdown...she's screaming on top of her lungs, and asks to see her kid.

And not even her husband besides her, is able to calm her down.

She's in a fragile state and Everyone is terrified to deal with her, because they think she's your family." the employee said.

Surprised, "My family? why?! Who's the boy and How serious is his condition?" Ned asked, "His full name is Nedrick Luhan Nelson, and to be honest...I heard what the paramedics said when they brought him in...his situation isn't very hopeful.

Gosh! he's only 18 too! I understand why his mother would feel this way, so unfair." the employee said.

"His first name is Nedrick? really?" Ned questioned, "Do we have the parents names as well?" He added asking.

"Yes! the father is Robert Nelson, and the mother is Xiao Biyu...we thought she was your family, because well you do kinda look alike!

It's weird that she's out in public with such unique looks without wearing a glamour.

Not that it's THAT weird...because you're not wearing one either sir." The employee said.

Hearing that, Ned sprinted on instincts.

Following Their boss, the employee ran behind Ned and the two made it quickly towards the commotion the employee spoke about.

When they made it there, they saw the short woman with long dark purple hair, she was still standing and screaming in the middle of a busy hallway, with people surrounding her.

A middle aged white man with short light blonde hair and a pair of glasses, was besides her trying to calm her down, the way he talked to her and the visible ring around his finger, showed that he was her husband, Robert Nelson.

Despite all Robert's attempts, the woman 'Biyu' continued screaming and pushing away her husband whom desperately continued to try and hug her, as she cried and begged to see her child.

"Biyu please! you're hurting yourself this way! You need to calm down! You're going to faint." The Robert pleaded but Biyu kept crying loudly.

After seeing it with his own eyes, A shocked Ned backed away before the couple could spot him, "Sir? where are you going?" the employee asked.

"To my office, I can't face her like this...she shouldn't see me to begin with.

I need my glamour...you were right, she is family." Ned replied, "Stay here until I come back." he added rushing to his office.

But before Ned could make it There, he remembered Garrick and ran back towards his room.

He bursted into the room out of breath, "Ned! what took you so long?" Garrick asked.

"Rickie, listen...*panting* I'm sorry, I have to go do something." Ned replied while catching his breaths.

"What happened?!" Garrick asked worriedly,

"Long story short, I think I just met the reincarnation of my mother...and I also think I have my own half sibling, a brother who's fighting for his life in the operation room right now as we speak." Ned explained.

...Few minutes later...

As Ned came to see the couple again, wearing his glamour on.

"She fainted!" The employee said pointing at Biyu who was unconscious, leaning in her husbands arms while they sat down.

"Go back to your job, I'll take it from here." Ned said and the employee nodded and quickly left.

Approaching the couple, "I'm sorry to bother you, but I think it might be uncomfortable for your wife to be seated like this." Ned spoke-up.

Noticing the lab coat Ned wore, "Oh! Are you a doctor?" Robert asked, "Yes, well actually I'm more than just a doctor...this is my hospital." Ned replied putting on a soft smile.

With wide eyes, "Oh my goodness! you must be here about what happened earlier!...My wife couldn't handle It when she heard that our son was hit by a car.

I hope you understand what my wife and I are going through." Robert said apologetically.

"It's okay, I understand...I have a family myself." Ned replied.

"Neddy is our only child, we just can't imagine losing him." Robert said while wiping Away a tear.

"Mister Nelson, right? your son is Nedrick." Ned said.

"Yes! I guess you already know." Robert replied.

"I do...I actually came to you to offer some help, I have a room ready for your wife, she could rest better there." Ned said.

"I'm sorry but no thank you, we don't really know you to accept your help." Robert replied hugging Biyu closer to him.

Sighing, "I understand, but it's free of charge...I'm also going to personally oversee your son's case.

In short words, I'm helping you Because I want to help you, I'm not looking for anything in return." Ned explained.

"Why would you do that?" Robert asked, "Can I ask you something weird?" Ned said.

"I suppose." Robert replied.

"Was your wife ever married or in a relationship before you two got together?" Ned asked.

"I don't think that's an appropriate question to ask." Robert replied.

"I guess you're right...it's just, it might be a funny or weird coincidence but my Name is Ned, Ned Valentino." Ned said, "Does it ring a bell for you?" He added.
