Put them to work
Sam returned a while later with the required documents that needed to be signed and Natasha took them and signed them without hesitation. She gave a sweet smile to Sam when she was done signing and capped the pen again, she placed it on top of the file and looked at the two people sitting in front of her staring at her.
"Thank you lawyer Sam, I am glad that you have agreed to help me," she said, and Dam nodded her head. She looked at Jines who sat quietly watching the whole thing unfold and nudged him a bit.
"Try talking to her," she whispered and he raised a brow at her. Why did she think that she would listen to him if she had refused to listen to her best friend and lawyer? "Just try," she pressed.
"There is nothing I can do, You already tried and it did work," he said and pouted. "I have spoken to her," he said and she brightened up immediately. "And she didn't listen," he said again, killing her hopes instantly.
