This Chapter

The battle had been going on for almost a day now and nobody had the edge. Although the Kazekage was weaker he had the advantage in location. Mu expected the battle to be much easier.

The normal battle was also pretty even and nobody could get an edge over the other. The battle between the sand and the stone was very intense. The main battle was still of course Mu vs the Kazekage.

Tons of Jutsu were fired out, the Kazekage knew an insane amount of jutsu, probably over 1000. One of his favorite jutsu was Lightning Release: Sixteen Pillar Bind:

A more powerful version of Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind, the user creates sixteen giant pillars, which then form a giant oven-like structure to trap the enemy. It can be combined with Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop to cover the enemy in mud and then followed by Fire Release: Fired Pottery Technique, creating flames inside the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

Note: Must Know Four Pillar Bind (the same jutsu but with only four pillars.)

The Kazekage only knew the lightning and earth techniques so it wasn't as strong as it would be in full power. Mu was restrained for a little but got out of it fast and flew into the air. Once in the sky he charged up his chakra and shot out mini particle style bullets.

These were much faster than normal particle style jutsu so it was more effective in this moment. The Kazekage skillfully dodged them and lava started to come up from the ground.

Earth Release: Lava Tsunami Technique:

The user calls upon a substantially large amount of lava from the center of the earth. Due to the obvious distance, it takes quite some time for the lava to reach the face of the earth, but once it gets there, it becomes a furious tidal wave that burns and singes everything on its path. An extremely powerful and dangerous jutsu that should not be attempted unless the user is sure their allies will not be hurt by it. The tidal wave's size is huge and is fully controlled by the user.

It took a while of preparation but now it paid off. The lava was coming at Mu, Mu then used particle style to try and block it but it just kept coming. At this moment most of the village was destroyed so Mu retreated.

-Akashi vs Hashirama-

Both of them were on the floor. They were exhausted from the battle and breathing heavily. Hashirama pulled out his blade and attacked Akashi, who also pulled out his sword. Even Though they were exhausted they could still do this much.

The blades were creating sparks every time they clashed. They were very tired but they still kept dodging at quickly attacking. Them in this state was still stronger than a 4-star jounin at least.

The fast movements were not only fast but also precise. They finally stopped dodging and started only attacking. After an hour or so they both collapsed because of exhaustion. Only Akashi had the strength to stand back up.

Akashi could kill Hashirama but there are too many advantages to keeping him alive. For example the 5 Kage summit and his negotiations to get what Akashi wanted.

Once Hashirama passed out Akashi left to rest, he found a tree and sat down and leaned against it. After resting for a while he teleported back to the Kage meeting. He was covered in blood and wounds so the other Kage stared at him for a while.

They continued to ask questions about the battle until Akashi cut them off. "I have done my job and defeated Hashirama so I will be getting out of the war." The reason for this was that if they stayed the war would be over before the Kage summit.

He then sent a message to all of his troops to return to the village. The battles continued on for another couple of years and because most of the clouds and stones troops left it quickly turned more even.

Thinking about him being Kage he decided he would probably retire and completely turn to training around the end of the 3rd war. The reason for this was because after that war not much interesting happened and everybody got weaker. Plus he assumed a Kage candidate would appear by then.

After these couple of years he finally received a message, it was to the 5 Kage summit. Once receiving the message he immediately set off to the location of the summit. For the guards, he chose Mangetsu Hozuki and Kisame Because they were some of the most skilled in the village. He would soon be at the first Kage summit.
