The Jinchuriki

After sealing the four-tails Akashi headed back to the village. Right now he was in his office looking through candidates for becoming a Jinchuriki. Right now he was looking through people for the two-tails. All of them would have to be young, the reason is if you were 12 or so the change might be too much.

Akizi Inasa: Age 1: She had naturally light blue hair and was very healthy and looked to have a decent regeneration ability. Although it wasn't 100% accurate, by getting a child's chakra and putting it into a chakra dispenser onto chakra paper you can tell what affinity they have. She had a wind affinity. Her parents were part of the police force.

Hata Sumina: Age 2: She had red hair and was born with strong muscles but a lower amount of chakra. But that didn't matter too much because the Two-tails would just give her more chakra. She had a water affinity.

Kawa Inamo: Age 10 Months: she was the youngest and had blonde hair and had nothing special about her other than her special chakra nature's wind and fire which could make explosion style.

Shokita Tamami: Age 3: she was the oldest of the four and had weird purple-ish hair and both her parents were ninja although low-rank ones she still had good genes compared to the others.

Akizi Inasa was the number 1 choice but not everybody would let their child become a Jinchuriki but her parents had the best chance to let her become one because they had had prior conversations about it.

Next, he moved onto the next files. They were for the Jinchuriki of the four-tails, another very important file.

Yuuko Akira: Age 2: He was the top choice, both his parents were jounin and he had already learned to summon chakra. He had blonde hair and blue eyes, his muscles were very strong for his age and he had the elements of earth and fire.

Amai Kōmyō: Age 1: He was another good choice. His parents were normal people but he had been born with a very strong life force. He had strange green hair with brown eyes.

Akari Chome: Age 2: he was the worst choice of the three. He had long white hair and red eyes, the only reason he was an option was that his chakra was extremely potent so he would have good control.

The two he wanted were Akizi Inasa for the two-tails and Akira Yuuko for the four-tails. He would need to talk to the parents to see what they thought. But before he left he made a scroll for Jinchuriki training.

1.Meditate and if you happen to meet the beast just talk to it eventually you might become friends or something.

2. Work on basic chakra control exercises to get better control over your large amount of chakra. If you have no control the chakra is just a waste.

3. Work on hand signs a lot even if you can control it without molding it you can't achieve jutsu. So then the chakra would still just be a waste.

4. I expect them to be able to use at LEAST a basic ninjutsu of their element these are the basic jutsu to learn.

Earth Release: Swift Earth:

When performing this jutsu the shinobi places his/her hands on the ground and causes it to move rapidly away as if it were a conveyor belt. As the shinobi increases in skill and rank the size, speed, and range of this jutsu all increase.

Wind Release: Wind Levitation:

Utilizing and controlling the wind, the user is able to force the wind beneath an object in order to force it to rise up from the ground. The effectiveness of this jutsu is very much dependent upon the weight of the object in question, so large objects will take longer to lift, while lighter objects can be quickly lifted.

Additionally, as the jutsu works by forcing wind beneath the targeted object, the higher the object gets, the harder it is to raise it any higher. The user's control affects the speed at which they may raise an object, so while a person with low control could only lift things like pencils. People with high control could lift even boulders Only inanimate objects can be levitated.

Water Release: Water Shuriken Technique:

Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small shurikens composed of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these shurikens can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.

Fire Release: Cinder Technique:

Basic to all Katon users is the ability to set things on fire, obviously. This technique allows a person to snap their fingers and ignite a spark anywhere they so wish. A simple cinder and no more, this jutsu is used mostly in pranks and the like.

Lightning Release: Current Transfer Skill:

An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword.

The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.

After making the scroll he then made some copies and went to ask the kid's parents. While walking he saw the stadium that was being built it looked a lot like a sports stadium back in his old world.

After a few days, he finally got both of the parents to agree to the decision. Maybe once they are old enough I can put them and Kisame on a team and train them, that could be fun.

In just a flash two years had passed.
