Check up on village

There were 3 people in his office, these were the people he would send to the mist area, they were of average rank. All of them at 3star chunin, their mission was to go and meet a few ninjas of the 'Mist' (the cloud) and exchange scrolls with them.

This was of course a trap 'Mist' would attack them. Then they would come back and report it to me and the cloud and they would start the war. It wasn't that bad of a plan if you ask me.

Once I gave them the mission they left and headed to the land of water. After they left Akashi wanted to check out a few things in the Village, he first headed to the Elite Academy.

He didn't want the kids or teachers to get worried or not perform their best because he was there so he used the transformation jutsu first. He then walked around the village on the way, the air in the Village was much better than the air in his past life.

In his past life, the pollution filled the air, the cars and the factories made the air not nearly as good as in this place. In this place there were no cars or factories, only trees, it was great.

After a couple of minutes of walking, he was in front of the academy. He walked in and took a seat, with him being a Kage and Iwagae, the teacher, only being a 4star chunin he could sneak in with ease.

Iwagae performed three hand signs and said "Fire Release: Flash Fan Technique!" This was the first jutsu those at the elite academy learn. "Sensei, can you do the hand signs again?" He then performed them again, but this time slower after a few more times they got it down, now they had to practice.

Fire Release: Flash Fan Technique:

A fairly simple jutsu, the user breathes in a fair amount of air while performing the necessary hand signs and breathes it out in a short funnel of flame. Only lasting only a few seconds, it explodes out of the mouth in a v-like shape and is a commonly used technique amongst ninja who likes to build into their attacks.

The range of this flame is small and the flame itself isn't held long enough to deal any real damage. Therefore, it isn't necessarily a viable offensive option as compared to other jutsus, but it does serve its purposes since only three hand signs are needed to perform this technique which was easy to learn.

The kids in this academy learned a basic jutsu in all 5 natures, plus knowledge and theory they also learned to improvise. In the 2nd year and forward they would practice in their affinities to get higher quality jutsu out.

All the Jutsu they learned were these:

Fire Release: Flash Fan Technique, that you already know

Lightning Release: Lightning Magnet:

Description: This jutsu creates electrical clouds around the area that attracts metal, any metal projectiles thrown will be altered because of the clouds. This can be dangerous for both parties. But it is a great jutsu to learn to control and output electricity and use it long range.

Water Shield Technique:

A shield of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. After the initial creation that the user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands, and the like, though these are not durable enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable against ninjutsu and an opponent who is strong enough can break through the shield.

Earth Release: Earth Tremor Sense Technique:

By touching the ground, the user can sense tremors or vibrations in the ground. These tremors indicate movement, which the user can sense, although he doesn't know who exactly it is. The range is not far but the more chakra you put in the larger the area. It also isn't as accurate as some other sensing jutsu but overall a good jutsu.

Wind Release: Projectile Deflection Blast:

Description: Building up a great amount of air in their chest, the user distills chakra to expel a great gust of wind directly from their mouth. The wind is not strong enough to push back something as solid as a human body but can deflect light projectiles such as kunai and shuriken.

The rest of the class was just practicing so he left. Thinking about it he could probably create the chunin exams soon, maybe in a couple of years so we can prepare. Hashirama would for sure agree because of peace and crap. The Raikage would agree because we are allies and the other 2 would agree because we are.

He would just have to come up with some exam Ideas, he would also need to tell all the jounin sensei to speed up the training so that we can dominate in the exams. After the fight with the mist, I will grab another tailed beast, I already have a couple of hosts that might work.
