In the Hokage's office, the Third Hokage, smoking his pipe, inquired, "'Sternritter,' is this what he mentioned?"

The Anbu ninja replied, "Yes, Hokage-Sama, this is what Jugram Haschwalth told Naruto. He mentioned that Sasuke is now a member of 'Sternritter.'"

Upon hearing this, Sarutobi Hiruzen, the Third Hokage, shared the same suspicion as Sasuke: that Jugram was attempting to recruit talent from Konoha for the Fire Country. However, lacking concrete evidence, he was unable to take any action.

Observing the Third Hokage deeply engrossed in thought, his furrowed brow a testament to the weight of his contemplations, the ANBU ninja cautiously approached and inquired, "Should we keep an eye on Jugram Haschwalth?"

"Yes, indeed. Keep a vigilant watch over Jugram, but ensure to maintain a safe distance from him. His strength is formidable. Additionally, stay attentive to Uchiha Sasuke," Hiruzen instructed with a tone of solemnity, his gestures punctuated by a sweeping wave of his hand signaling the ANBU ninja to depart.

Acknowledging the order with a subtle nod, the ANBU ninja quietly exited the Hokage's office.

Approaching the window of his office, Hiruzen gazed at the moon and remarked, "If he is truly here for what I suspect, then it appears I must preemptively remove the grounding from Danzo and his ROOTS."

As Hiruzen spoke, his face became veiled in smoke emanating from his pipe.

The following day, at training ground number three, Jugram awaited Sasuke's arrival. When Sasuke finally appeared, he found Jugram engrossed in his swordsmanship training, prompting Sasuke to patiently wait for him to conclude.

Upon finishing his exercises, Jugram turned his gaze towards Sasuke and inquired, "Did you provide your measurements to the tailor, as I instructed you to yesterday?"

"Yes, that's why I arrived late," Sasuke replied succinctly.

Jugram nodded and inquired, "Did you test your new powers last night?"

"I wasn't able to because I was tired from yesterday's training and awakening of my ability. However, I did discover something new within myself," Sasuke replied. With that, he closed his eyes briefly, then reopened them. This time, his eyes transformed from black to red, with two black tomoe swirling within them.

"Ah! So you've awakened your Sharingan. Congratulations," remarked Jugram with a tone of approval. The emergence of the Sharingan fell well within Jugram's foresight; he had anticipated that during Sasuke's awakening of his new ability, there would be notable fluctuations in his spiritual power and chakra. This, Jugram believed, should have enabled Sasuke to either refine his awakened Sharingan or, at the very least, utilize it ahead of schedule.

Continuing, Jugram elaborated, "Now, what I wish to discuss with you is whether you've observed any alterations in your chakra. It should have undergone a considerable enhancement compared to its previous state. You could liken it to a refinement or elevation in the quality of your chakra," he explained, prompting Sasuke to consider the potential implications of this newfound power.

Despite Jugram's explanation, Sasuke appeared utterly bewildered.

Undeterred, Jugram proceeded to provide an example to Sasuke, saying, "Let's suppose the ninjutsu you executed prior to your awakening would now be considerably weaker than if you were to employ the same technique at present. You can verify this by using the same Fireball Jutsu that you used yesterday to attack me."

Sasuke found himself taken aback by Jugram's words. Nonetheless, he followed Jugram's instruction and unleashed the ninjutsu, 'Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique.'

The fireball descended upon the ground with a force that set it apart from Sasuke's previous day's attack. This time, the explosion resonated with greater intensity, the fireball appearing slightly enlarged, and the heat emanating from it more pronounced than that of yesterday's fireball.
