Hidden Cloud, Raikage's Office.
The door opened as Bee came in.
"What is it, Brother?" Bee asked.
"Bee, we are going to the Hidden Sand," Ay said.
"Hidden Sand?" Bee asked.
"Yes, we'll leave this evening," Ay said.
"But Brother, I've got a…" Bee was about to continue until he saw Ay glaring down at him.
"Huh…? Did you say somethin'…?" Ay asked as he raised a fist against Bee.
"…" Bee remained silent, following which he nodded.
"Good," Ay said.
…
Bee walked out of the room.
("Eight-o,") Bee called out.
("What is it, Bee?") Gyuki asked.
("Do you think it is the right time to ask my brother?") Bee asked.
("Hmmm….") Gyuki thought for a bit.
("I think it should be good to ask him when you two go together in the evening,") Gyuki said.
("Roger,") Bee said as he looked up only to see a blonde haired woman walk past him.
"Good Morning, Bee-sama," the woman said.
"Samui," Bee greeted with his eyes slowly lowering down.
("Samui's jugs need some hugs") Bee thought.
("I can hear you over here, Bee.") Gyuki sighed, following which he thought over what he should do.
("I guess, I should probably talk to Kurama…") Gyuki thought.

Hidden Leaf, Root Training Field.
Whoosh!
Tobirama and the others appeared next to Shin who was lying on the ground.
Tobirama walked over and placed his index and middle finger over the base of Shin's neck.
Thump! Thump! Thump!
Tobirama analyzed the possibility of Shin's survival.
("Very low indeed. However, there's still a chance,") Tobirama thought.
He then looked over at the two who were holding on to Danzō.
"Bring him over to Lord Third, I'll take this child to the hospital," Tobirama said as he lifted Shin up his shoulder.
Whoosh!
Sai arrived at the scene.
He saw Tobirama lifting Shin over his shoulder, but Sai was confused.
He knew if it was before, he could have understood what to make of the situation and probably the appropriate reaction he should have given, but now all he could see was a person lifting up another person. In other words, his emotions had been erased in all his confusion.
Tobirama looked at Sai.
("Damn it, Danzō did succeed after all,") Tobirama thought. following which he looked back at Danzō.
Danzō, however, was silent with an emotionless expression.
Tobirama looked at Sai.
"Follow me, kid," Tobirama said.
"Mm." Sai nodded curiously, following which he and Tobirama went out of the forest.
"Let's go," an ANBU agent said, following which the two left along with Danzō.
…
In mid-air, Danzõ's thoughts were in the direction on where Sai was headed too.
("Looks like you didn't disappoint me after all…") Danzō thought.

Hidden Leaf General Hospital.
Tsunade looked at her four students, Sakura, Karin, Hinata, and Ino respectively.
"Watch carefully," Tsunade said as she took out a scalpel.
"Now if you part it vertically right here…" Tsunade said as she lowered her scalpel.
Bang!
"Tsunade!" Tobirama appeared at the door.
"What the…" Tsunade looked at Tobirama only to see him holding onto a boy.
"Quick, help the boy," Tobirama said as he quickly rushed over and placed the boy on a free stretcher.
Tsunade quickly approached Shin and took his pulse.
"He's passed out from Pulmonary Haemorrhage…" Tsunade said, following which she looked at Sakura.
"Bring me a small test tube and a steel basin, quick. Karin, bring the blood clot pills and prepare to contact the blood bank department ASAP!" Tsunade said, at the end of which Sakura brought the test tube and the basin as requested.
Tsunade collected the test tube from Sakura. She then lifted the Test tube in one hand and brought her other hand near the tube.
*Sh!* Chakra glowed around Tsunade's hand.
Sakura looked at Tobirama.
"Please, let me hold on to him," Sakura said.
"Mm! I leave him to you," Tobirama said as he slowly stepped away from Shin while holding on to his back.
Sakura supported his upper body by placing her left hand behind his back and holding on to him.
Kacha!
Tsunade severed the tube in half, with the broken part appearing like the piercing end of a straw.
Tsunade placed the basin on Shin's lap, following which she brought her hand with the glowing chakra towards Shin.
*Sh!* Tsunade pierced into his lower part of his lungs as blood flowed out.
"At the rate the blood is flowing, the boy has already passed into the critical stage…" Tsunade thought.
Hinata quickly took a drop of Shin's blood from the basin and analyzed it.
"Karin-chan, it's B-type," Hinata said.
"Got it," Karin quickly rushed to get the B-type Blood bag.
"Here, Tsunade-sama," Sakura said as she handed over the blood clot pills that were given to her by Karin.
"Thanks," Tsunade said as she put it into Shin's mouth.
She then operated his lower jaw to make sure that the pill went down after chewing a bit.
She did all this while healing Shin continuously on the side to prevent any more blood from flowing out.
Of course, this was all to prevent the blood from clogging up Shin's ability to breathe.
Sai stood by the side watching everything happening silently.
"Excuse me," Ino approached Sai with a smile on her face.
"…" Sai turned to look at Ino who was smiling at him.
"Could you please step out of the room. Visitors are not allowed here," Ino said.
"Brat," Tobirama called out.
"Hm?" Ino looked at Tobirama.
"That kid needs to be here," Tobirama said.
"Hm?" Ino looked at Sai.
("Who is this kid? He seems to be the same type as Sasuke. Too bad, now's not the time to ask…") Ino sighed as she walked over to Tsunade.
"Take this basin away," Tsunade said.
"Yes…" Ino took the basin away.
However, No one had noticed that Sai had silently slipped out of the room, just like Ino told him.
Tsunade stared at Shin's chest intensely…
"This is…" Tsunade murmured.
"I've brought it," Karin said as she appeared with a blood bag.
Whoosh!
Hinata and Sakura worked hand in hand and immediately set up the bag and connected the transfer tube to Shin's hand.
Crimson red blood slowly snaked its way through the translucent tube into Shin's body.
Tsunade slowly turned towards Hinata.
"What is it?" Tobirama asked.
"Hinata." Tsunade called out.
"Yes, Tsunade-sama?" Hinata looked at Tsunade.
"I want you to take a look at his lungs," Tsunade said.
"Understood," Hinata nodded, following which she walked over.
Hinata brought both her hands together to form a hand sign.
< Byakugan! >
…
Outside the door.
Sai stared in a daze.
He didn't know what to do.
He looked around the empty hallway, then to the window beside him.
Nothing interested him at all.
He then reached into his pocket and took out a book.
It was precisely the picture book he had made.
On one side was him and the other side was his brother, Shin.
Sai knew about the picture book, but he didn't feel anything.
It was like the colorful world that he had been in till today morning had suddenly turned monochrome.
Sai then opened the book to flip the pages one by one.
About a few pages later, he had arrived at the middle page.
("What was I about to draw here?") Sai questioned himself as he looked at the door that was shut close, right in front of him.
…
Inside the room…
"This is…" Hinata stared at Shin's chest to see almost 40% of his lungs covered in dark green cells.
"What is happening?" Tobirama quickly asked.
"It's cancer cells," Tsunade filled in.
"Cancer?" Tobirama asked.
"Yeah, he is in the critical stage, which was also accompanied by hemoptysis," Tsunade said.
Cough! Cough!
Shin woke up by violently coughing out some blood, of which a bit fell onto Tsunade's clothes.
"Brat," Tobirama called out.
"W-Where am I…?" Shin asked as he tried to look around observing the stretchers and the medical equipment and then finally the blood bag connected to him.
"Calm down, kid," Tsunade said as she tried to make Shin lower himself to a resting position.
"It's useless. I know my disease is incurable," Shin said.
Cough! Cough!
Shin coughed out more blood.
"Damn it! the blood clot pill is useless," Tsunade cursed as she increased her healing power.
Hinata was scared. She had never seen such a severe case almost fighting between life and death.
This was more so when she was observing his lungs with her Byakugan through which she could see that his lungs were failing him.
Tsunade then looked at Hinata.
———FlashBack———
"We may have our answer for detecting cancer cells after all," Tsunade said as she looked at Hinata.
"But how do we eradicate those cells?" Shizune asked.
"Collaboration may be difficult; however, if she was to use her gentle fists with utmost precision it just might work…" Tsunade murmured.
…
"That's the last of it," Hinata said as she deactivated her Byakugan.
—-End of FlashBack-—
"There's one thing we can try," Tsunade said.
"??" Hinata looked at Tsunade curiously.
"Hinata, I need you to use your Gentle Fist on Shin," Tsunade said.
"Huh?" Hinata was shocked.
("Use the Gentle Fist?? This boy will undoubtedly die,") Hinata thought.
"Tsunade-sama?" Karin looked at Tsunade seriously.
"I know what I am saying," Tsunade said as she stood up and walked to the back of Hinata.
Tsunade brought her face next to Hinata's ears.
"I will guide you," Tsunade said.
Hinata felt chills down her spine.
Hah! Hah! Hah!
Shin breathed in and out heavily.
"Focus," Tsunade said as she slowly brought Hinata's palm over Shin's chest.
"Do you see those cells?" Tsunade asked.
"Mm…" Hinata whimpered in fear.
"Don't be afraid," Tsunade said as she brought Hinata's palm over his chest to the point where it made contact.
"Control your chakra. Make it weak and gentle." Tsunade guided softly.
Hah! Hah! Hah!
Shin continued to breathe in and out heavily.
"Focus and expel that chakra onto those cells that are inhabiting over there," Tsunade said.
"I can't…" Hinata whimpered in fear.
("Hinata…") Karin, Sakura and Ino were tense.
Only Hinata knew how much pressure she was under.
Cough! Shin coughed out a mouthful of blood.
"WU!" Hinata cowered in fear.
"Hinata!" Tsunade forced her back into position.
"You can do this." Tsunade said.
"I can't…" Hinata cried.
"If you don't, he will die…" Tsunade said.
"…" Hinata opened her eyes only to see Shin breathing hard.
"P-please… do it…" Shin begged.
Hinata pressed her eyelids tightly in hesitation. However, Shin's last plea couldn't be ignored.
("I'll do it!") Hinata declared as she opened her eyes again.
"Good," Tsunade felt the hesitation in Hinata's hand weaken away.
"Now focus," Tsunade said as she placed Hinata's palm accurately on the previous position it had been on Shin's chest.
("Control your chakra. Make it weak and gentle.") Hinata thought as she reiterated Tsunade's earlier statements.
"Good," Tsunade whispered near Hinata's ears which boosted her confidence quite a bit.
"You can do this, Hinata." Tsunade said.
"D-do it…" Shin begged again.
Hinata's Byakugan pulsed with extra power at this moment.
THUMP!
"Hah!" Hinata sent a weak, gentle fist.
BLERGH! Shin coughed a mouthful of blood onto Hinata's face.
(Bam!) Shin's upper body fell back into its resting position again, however this time, it ended up falling back lifelessly.
Hinata and everyone else in the room was shocked.
Hinata slowly wiped the blood away from her face and stared at her hand.
"B-Blood…" Hinata mumbled, following which she passed out.
