Finally It's Time

When Naruto was eight years old, but before his birthday, the atmosphere of Konoha Village began to change one night.

It seems that a certain undercurrent is surging violently. Under the dark night, the people of Anbu and the roots hidden around the Uchiha clan's residence are waiting eagerly for something.

...

In the blink of an eye, Naruto found himself at the tender age of eight, standing in front of the bathroom mirror at home.

Despite his young age, he towered over the average height, already measuring an impressive 1.6 meters. A stark contrast to the original story where twelve-year-old Naruto barely reached 1.47 meters. The growth spurt was both surprising and a tad exaggerated.

Dressed in sleek black sportswear, complemented by matching travel shoes, and a small bag slung across his waist, Naruto stood ready for a self-imposed transformation. Armed with a pair of scissors, he casually picked up his shoulder-length hair and began the process of giving himself a new look.

Unfazed by his lack of hair-cutting skills, Naruto swiftly transformed his once flowing, ear-length, yellow hair into a rugged, short style. The result resembled hair that had been playfully chewed by a mischievous dog.

Putting down the scissors, Naruto surveyed the change in the mirror and couldn't help but smirk. "It's silly."

Kurama, agreed with a silent nod. Observing Naruto's antics, Kurama couldn't help but think about the potential efficiency of using Shadow Clones for such tasks. However, Naruto had his own unique way of doing things.

As the scissors did their work, Naruto's head revealed two sharp horns, giving him an uncanny resemblance to a demon. Fully aware that he wasn't a demon, Naruto understood the origin of these horns.

Belonging to the Ōtsutsuki clan, an alien lineage, Naruto's ancestry traced back to the Sage of Six Paths, the eldest son of Ōtsutsuki Kaguya. With the activation of his powers and the gradual mastery of the Six Paths, the horns began to manifest.

The decision to keep long hair was a deliberate attempt to conceal these horns. Yet, today was different. Naruto chose to expose them, revealing his unique heritage.

"Is it going to start?" Naruto suddenly raised his head, peering in different directions.

Surrounded by bathroom walls, logic dictated that he couldn't see anything. However, Naruto, with a profound sense, felt a shift in the air.

Having opened his own field of perception, Naruto, with Konoha Village as the center, outlined almost half of the village in his spiritual world. He could monitor every movement, sensing even the slightest disturbance in his surroundings, establishing an unbreakable control over everything within his spiritual domain.

Even within the confines of his home, Naruto sensed the peculiarities of the night. His attention zeroed in on a specific corner of the village, a remote part where the Uchiha clan resided.

As one of the giants in Konoha, the Uchiha clan, initially part of the two prominent families shaping the village, now seemed isolated and pushed to the village's corner.

Naruto couldn't help but draw parallels between their treatment and his own in the village. He observed Anbu and Gen individuals lurking near the Uchiha residence, like vultures awaiting something ominous.

The night of the Uchiha genocide event, a moment Naruto had anticipated for a long time, seemed imminent. While he couldn't pinpoint the exact time, he began secretly observing in advance, having seemingly received the news ahead of time.

The Uchiha clan appeared oblivious to the impending catastrophe, continuing with their daily lives. A massive family group had become self-sufficient, creating a country within a country, an atmosphere unsettling for the head of Konoha Village.

"The Uchihas are really foolish. If you've decided, don't hesitate strike swiftly. If you fear retaliation, what's the point? Either seize the opportunity and relocate the family or take a stand. Indecision only makes the village notice restlessness and be unwilling to compromise or eliminate them."

Naruto could see the Uchiha clan's failure—they were reluctant to accept their situation but lacked decisive action. Even with youth in the family, they hesitated to leave the village they had established, leading to a waiting game with dire consequences.

"Kurama, it's time for us to act," Naruto declared, emerging from the bathroom.

In Naruto's heart, Kurama questioned, "Do you truly want to leave?

"Yes, for the sake of revenge, power and freedom," Naruto said sternly.

Unexpectedly, Kurama began to advise against it. "I'm reminding you, once you defect, there's no turning back. You'll be a Konoha Village traitor, and there's no room for regret."

"I don't care. I'm done holding back. Now it's my time to rise," Naruto sneered as he left the house. Draped in black cloth, covering his head and face, he moved inconspicuously in the dark night.

The door creaked open, and Naruto glanced back at his now-empty home. Despite the lack of furniture, he had lived there for five or six years, fostering a sense of attachment.

"I've got my own attachments," Naruto muttered self-deprecatingly as he lifted off the ground, soaring into the night sky.
