The Truth pt2

-at the Uchiha hideout-

At the Uchiha hideout, there was a team of 3 ANBU members searching the area, they were from Sasuke's ANBU team. "Bull, have you found anything?" "No, I don't think Madara would stick around here, it's best we search somewhere else."

Before anyone else could answer they saw someone in the corner of their eye, it was Madara Uchiha! All three of them jumped back instantly, "Everyone get in formation. We can't go easy on him!" Rabbit and Bull nodded and got into position. Even if this was Madara, there was no way they would lose!

Rabbit ran at Madara with her full speed but when she attacked she passed right through him. "How!?" Bull quickly came to back her up, he expanded his fist to make it much larger than before and threw a powerful punch at Madra, who passed right through it.

Madara looked straight into the man with the Bull mask's eyes. Rabbit quickly reacted, "It's genjutsu, don't look into his eyes!" She screamed desperately, they needed all the help they could get while dealing with Madara. But despite her efforts, Bull was put under a genjutsu and passed out.

Rabbit again attacked Madara but this time he sidestepped the attack. Behind Madara, a shadow of a person came after him, it was Souei. He pulled the two strings that would cut Madara into pieces, but just to be safe he added explosive tags on them. He couldn't take chances against Madara Uchiha. "I think we got him, lucky he didn't notice the trap. Souei let out a breath of relief.

"Nice idea, too bad the execution was decent at best." Souei quickly attacked the voice behind him but his attack simply passed right through. Madara grabbed his arm and looked him in the eye. "Don't think killing me will be such a simple task. Even after you think I would be dead, keep attacking, you are too naive, that is why you lost."

A bunch of wooden branches came out of his arm and impaled Souei over and over creating holes all over his body. Rabbit took a step back from fear hoping to run away. "You stay there, I am not finished with you yet." That is when she felt true despair, Madara killed her and the bull-man quickly and began to return to Sasuke, it was about time he made his decision.

-Back with Sasuke-

Madara was leaning against a wall casual as could be, "So, have you made your decision?" Sasuke didn't answer immediately. Could he really just abandon Konoha like that? But what if Konoha really did trick him and used his brother all this time? Could he really call Konoha his home? "I will hear the story first, then I will make my decision," stated Sasuke boldly, he knew Madara wanted him to join the Akatsuki, so he would most likely compromise.

"You are in no position to make any demands. Either I can tell you the truth and you join me. Or I could kill you now and go on with my plan. It makes no difference to me. So choose, either accept my offer or die." Madara wanted Sasuke for multiple reasons, but one in particular, Nagato. If either Nagato died or somehow betrayed him, Sasuke could be used as a backup of sorts. Plus Sasuke has tons of potential that he could use.

"If it's do or die, I guess I'll join you. But if I find out that you are lying then I will make it my sworn duty to kill you." Sasuke didn't want to join Madara but if given the opportunity, he could leave and head back to Konoha, he wouldn't attack the whole village just to retrieve him.

"Good, now on with the story. Now I will take you back to the early days when Konoha was founded. There has been a problem rooted since the time Konoha was founded, this is what determined Itachi's life. It's a long story, but everything I tell you is the truth. It started more than 80 years ago.

The world was in turmoil, it was the age of war. Nations battled for power and to increase territories. During this age of war, ninjas consisted of individual clans serving as armed units. They were hired by various nations to participate in the fighting. And among the many ninja clans, only two were feared as the strongest. The Uchiha and the Senju.

We of the Uchiha clan possessed exceptional chakra and the Sharingan. Excelling in all types of warfare, we became known as a battle clan. And I was in the Uchiha clan with chakra that was even great within the clan.

Maybe the mere fact that I've lived this long is proof of that.

Back in those days, all I did was battle. In an age defined by power, I sought to become even stronger and killed my friends and even my younger brother, Izuna. As a result, I came into possession of the perfect Mangekyou Sharingan and became the leader of the Uchiha.

And using that power, I fought the Senju countless times. And I faced Hashirama, the leader of the Senju clan, more times than I can count. With his wood style, Hashirama Senju became the 1st Hokage. The one who stood on the top of the ninja world, and the shinobi I respected most.

I and the Uchiha clan were probably the only clan that could evenly fight the Senju clan. If a nation hired the Senju, the opposing nation would hire the Uchiha. We were like rivals. The more I went up against Hashirama, the more my name became known as well."

Sasuke interrupted Madara, "To gain recognition? You took your younger brother's eyes just for that!"

Madara didn't have a change in attitude, it was like he didn't care. "Yes, I did take them. But I needed the power to protect the Uchiha. As the Uchiha name spread, enemies increased. It was a necessary sacrifice to protect the clan. Especially from the Senju. My younger brother would have been in total agreement.

But one day, the Senju clan offered a truce. The Uchiha accepted it. Everyone had grown tired of the fighting. They had enough. But I didn't agree, where had the hate gone? For what reason did I kill my brother?! The Uchiha and Senju are like oil and water. I couldn't help but fear that in time, the Senju clan would oppress us and the Uchiha would grow weak. However, everyone else wanted a truce, and as their leader, I had to go on with their wishes.

This ninja alliance then became known as Konoha, the village system had been created. And then there was momentary peace. But due to a certain action, the hidden leaf quickly turned into turmoil. This was a fight for the first Hokage seat!"

Hey, I know it's a bad place to end it but there was a lot left and I'm kinda tired.

Now I need to ask a few questions about the 8 gates fic.

Should it be a quirk or a secret technique that he learns?

Should he have to open them in order or could he just skip them and open the gate he wants? (EX- should he have to go, 1st, 2nd, 3rd. Or just jump to 3rd?)

And give me quirk ideas!
