Finding Gaara pt2

Ding! Sasuke and Itachi were fighting back and forth, Sasuke had been waiting for this day! Sasuke cut Itachi's kunai in half, Sasuke was going to attack again until Itachi blew up in front of him. "Brother, you cannot fight me, your eyes are too weak." "Don't call me your brother!" Sasuke performed hand seals, "Earth style, earth recreation jutsu!" the ground beneath Itachi changed, two giant arms came from the ground. Itachi dodged them and destroyed them with a fire-style jutsu.

"Fire style, heatwave!" shouted Sasuke as he sent a searing heat at Itachi, Itachi then waved his finger in the air. Itachi suddenly turned into crows when the fireball hit him, "Substitution!" the crows then came at him and cut him like blades! Sasuke realized it was a genjutsu and attempted to break out but to no avail.

He then saw faces of his loved ones, his parents, Naruto, Kakashi, everyone! They were all mocking him, "You could never beat your brother!" he even saw all the times his father ignored him for his brother, "Itachi, I'll kill you I swear!" like that reality seemed to break like glass, Itachi was standing over him, "Even after all that you still do not possess these eyes, how weak you are, little brother." before Itachi could say anything else he felt a strange pressure on his arm, "Kamui!"

Itachi's arm chopped clean off, "Kakashi." "I'm surprised you can even keep your cool losing an arm, I guess that ANBU training is still with you." Kakashi then charged up his Rikiri, "It appears it's time for our rematch." said Kakashi as he looked back at the unconscious Sasuke. "Water style, water vortex jutsu!" The Water surrounded both Kakashi and Itachi, "Ninja art, hidden mist jutsu!" The visibility in the vortex went to almost zero making it hard to see even with the Sharingan.

"Fire style, fireball jutsu." Kakashi saw the fireball coming his way, "Earth style, mud wall!" the wall was broken by the jutsu, in the dust Kakashi ran out at Itachi, he could only see thanks to his Mangekyou Sharingan, "Wind style, wind cutter!" The wind cut everything, including even the water.

Once the water vortex was broken, visibility was back, but there was no sight of Itachi, Kakashi then felt a kunai in his back, but that Kakashi was a clone, "Impressive, you can read my movement perfectly now." two Kakashi's came out of the ground, "Ninja art, instant decapitation!" Both Kakashi's were running at Itachi with Rikiri active. Itachi was going to try and escape until a sword pierced his leg, he looked back to see the barely conscious Sasuke. Both Rikiris crashed into his head, cutting it clean off!

-Naruto vs Kisame-

Two red chakra arms were moving at very fast speeds at Kisame who was fast enough to dodge all the attacks. Another chakra arm came out from the ground underneath him, in defense Kisame used Samehada and absorbed Naruto's chakra. "Damn, that sword is still annoying." "Not bad jinchuriki!"

Kisame was dodging the fast attacks from Naruto but because of the speed he had no time to attack, suddenly three walls came from the ground trapping Kisame in front of the approaching chakra arms, "Earth style, damn." the four chakra arms charging at Kisame all started forming a Rasengan, "multiple Rasengan barrage!"

Kisame put his sword up to absorb the chakra, next thing he knew four clones were surrounding him. Kisame jumped up only to see Naruto coming at him, "Rasenshuriken!" "Too fast!" The attack was too fast for Kisame to put up his guard. Once the Rasenshuriken slammed into him it was over, his body was cut into many different pieces on a cellular level! Naruto bent down to look at Kisame only to see it was not actually Kisame, "Strange, I wonder about Itachi."

Naruto hurried to Sasuke and the others only to see Itachi also wasn't Itachi. "It looks like one of the sand villagers, they must have used a substitution and transformation type jutsu." Naruto shook his head, "The Akatsuki sure are sick." Sasuke off to the side was pissed, he got defeated so easily by an Itachi clone! What would happen if he fought the real thing!

Kakashi and the rest quickly snapped him out of his thoughts and they continued to the Akatsuki hideout. As they were running Chiyo had thought about the situation, "If they were trying to stall us, then there is no doubt they are extracting the tailed beast." Kakashi nodded, "We don't have time, we must hurry to save Gaara quickly."

Chiyo then looked over at Naruto, she had seen a glimpse of his battle, "You are the jinchuriki correct?" Naruto nodded, "Yes I am." "How do you control its power?" "I wouldn't say I control it, I just borrow it when I need it, I use it a lot, it's pretty helpful." Chiyo was shocked, 'borrowing a tailed beast's power, you talk like it's your friend!'

"Team Guy should reach the hideout at around the same time, they always like to overdo it." Kakashi thought about taking a break but their pace was still strong, it seemed he and Sasuke were the only ones even slightly tired. "Let's slow down a bit, if we use too much energy it will be hard to win the fight, those were only clones of the Akatsuki members, it's best to keep our strength for the real ones." "Yes!"

After a while of traveling Kakashi and the rest of team seven arrived at the entrance, "Kakashi, I don't sense Gaara's presence, we might be too late." Kakashi nodded, he really hoped that wasn't the case but he had already expected this outcome, it had a higher probability than any other outcome. "Let's try to get inside quickly, if I had to guess, the Akatsuki already know we are here." the rest of them all nodded. They all readied themselves to fight the Akatsuki, they knew it would be difficult.
