A Weird Timeline

Hikaru was lying on the hospital bed. Fugaku and Daisuke had just left after asking some questions, and the medic-nin declared that he was suffering from a mild concussion and that his memories should clear up after some time.

The surrealness of the situation he was in hit Hikaru when he looked outside the hospital window, on the horizon 3 faces stood proudly watching over the Village hidden in the Leaf.

'Only 3 faces, that means that at the very least Minato isn't nominated as the 4th Hokage. In the worst-case scenario, the Uchiha massacre occurs when Sasuke is 7 so at least I have time to work with...' Hikaru removed the blanket covering him and froze as he looked at his tiny legs.

'Right, I'm 4 years old, forgot about that for a moment...' Hikaru thought as he tentatively tried to move his legs, his body response was surprisingly agile as he stood on his own legs.

There was no discomfort as he stood on his own without support, after moving his arms and legs he realized the difference in sensations between his body in his last life and this one was too much. He lifted his right leg and felt his balance shift, he was able to accurately determine how to move to maintain his balance perfectly in mere moments.

'Wow... the difference between the senses is staggering, it's like I have perfect control over my body.' As Hikaru marveled over his physical advantages, he sensed someone on the other side of the door, a moment later the door opened once again and Aoi once again came into the room.

"Ah... oh good you're fine I was a little worried about your motor functions but it seems like you will be fine. Here these are your clothes, remember you have to come for a check-up the day after tomorrow-" Aoi-san spoke as he put a white t-shirt and a pair of black shorts, and sandals on the bed.

"Of course, thank you for everything, Aoi-san!" Hikaru bowed politely, through the earlier conversation he had realized that he needed to figure out the use of proper honorifics.

'I'm in freaking Naruto world, that is the Hokage mountain right outside the window...' Hikaru thought as Aoi-san waved goodbye and then closed the door. Hikaru hurriedly discarded the hospital gown and quickly changed into his regular clothes. The white t-shirt had the symbol of the Uchiha clan at the back.

Hikaru stared at the symbol for a moment and then he thought, 'Status... skills...'

The status screen appeared in front of him but it was the same as he before, it was the skills tab that had a surprising amount of skills that Hikaru wasn't expecting, his eyes widened as he started at one of the most cheat like skill in the Naruto world listed in his skills window.

'I have Sharingan awakened... is this the reason Daisuke and Fugaku were so concerned about my well-being.' Hikaru thought as he wore the t-shirt. He walked towards the door and slowly opened the door, the corridor had multiple rooms and it was quite easy for Hikaru to figure out the direction of the exit.

He walked out of the emergency ward of the Konoha hospital and quietly left the hospital, a feeling of Deja Vu hit him as he walked onto a muddy road, unfamiliar memories emerged from his brain and he quickly followed the road back to the Uchiha Clan compound.

Konoha had already gone through the expansion so the Uchiha clan compound was located on the outskirts of the village, he walked into the compound after sharing a nod with the gatekeepers. He peeled his ears open to any whispers that might help him as he was sorting out the memories that were emerging.

Hikaru closed the door to his house and walked up to his room, he lived in a small 2-bedroom apartment, according to his recovered memories he lost his parents just a couple of weeks ago and then he suffered an attack again today. Hikaru wasn't sure why he was a target of the attack but he increased his vigilance just in case.

'I'm currently too weak to do anything, I might need the help of the clan as my awakening of the Sharingan happened when Hikaru's parents died.' He thought, he didn't have any sense of attachment to Hikaru's dead parents so other than it was a pity that these 2 people died he wasn't that concerned about it.

'I don't know who Hikaru/my enemy may be so rather than delaying anymore I should go talk to Daisuke right now...'

Hikaru wasn't entirely comfortable with the idea of occupying someone else's body but at the moment it didn't matter, he could control this body as if it were his own. The house of clan head Daisuke wasn't inconspicuous, and he had some familiar memories regarding where it was.

It didn't take long for Hikaru to arrive at the center of the Uchiha clan, unlike his house, the clan head's residence was a 2 story house with several rooms and what looked like a garden in the back. Hikaru walked up to the front door and knocked a couple of times.

A middle-aged woman opened the door, she had distinctive Uchiha-like features so Hikaru easily concluded she must be Daisuke's wife.

"Miwa-sama," Hikaru bowed politely, a look of recognition flashed in her eyes as a concerned look appeared on her face, "Oh, it's Hikaru-kun, what are you doing here, are you feeling okay?"

"Yes, thank you for your concern Miwa-sama, I was looking for Daisuke-sama..." Hikaru kept his face calm.

"He's in a meeting, but come on in I was just making some snacks for Fugaku-kun would you like to try some?"

"Thank you for your hospitality," Hikaru greeted as he stepped foot into the house.

'Now how should I go about it...'
