Chapter 64: A Timeskip

Five months. That amount of month can be counted with one hand, it looks and feels short but that amount of time was enough for someone to change the dynamic of a society.

"We greet the Supreme Sovereign!" Inside the Sky Demon Order main palace or as it is called at the moment as Sovereign Dominion's Sky Demon Order thousands of people gathered.

However none of them were standing, all of them had their heads deeply embedded to the ground as if they were all prostrating before a deity.

There was however someone who alone stood before all of them. Not standing perse but flying to be more precise.

Wearing a regal black robe adorned with extravagant jewels of astronomical value, robe lined with golden accents, hair so long that it reaches his foot, and an almond eyes that pierces through the world.

Hailed in many titles. The First Supreme Sovereign, The Second Cheon Ma, the 24th Lord of the Sky Demon Order, the only living Divine Master, and the Heavenly Martial Demon God. Cheon Mujin.

"At ease." With a wave of his hands everybody tensed. They all brought up their heads from the ground and looked at the hovering majestic figure.

With one look they all felt weak. Such divinity. Cheon Mujin's presence alone strikes pure and unrelenting reverence towards them.

"Guardians of Allegiance. Answer to me." He spoke. Then suddenly six figures emerged.

The Right Guardian Seob Meng

The Guardian of Dual Sword Wang Jing

The Guardian of Ice Dan Jucheon

Guardian of Qilin Flame Mun Ran Ryeong

All of them are masters elevated to the realm of Supreme Master. Trained and assisted by the Supreme Sovereign himself to reach the peak.

"We the Guardians of Allegiance heed your call, Our Dear God!" All of them cupped their hands and bowed their heads in front of the hovering Cheon Mujin.

He nodded at them and replied.

"What is the status of the heretics?" Cheon Mujin asked.

"We are losing members, my Sovereign. The heretic Cheon Yeowun has been gathering cultists in secrecy under our noses. As of this month we have counted that there have been one hundred cultits that defected to their side." The Great Guardian Marakyum answered.

"And the status of the other forces?"

"The Wulin Alliance is silent on the outside but they have been preparing to strike us on the inside. The Forces of Evil on the other hand is as mindless as always, just a bunch of pirates without a head, The Blade God Six Martial Clan is quiet. Ever since you killed the Blade Lord, there has been no movement from them." Reported Great Guardian Marakyum.

He nodded again at his report, then he hovered down to the ground and took a seat at the throne. He once again looked at all of them and muttered.

"I have gathered you all for one purpose." His deep voice reverberated all around the palace. As if his sound reached each and every corner of the room.

"I have gone and visited the central plain under a guise." He said as if recalling a story.

"I pretended to be a normal person, to reach the ears of common people. There I asked one farmer of our religion. And he answered, "Just a gathering of delusional bunch,"." When Cheon Mujin finished saying those words everybody stiffened from surprise. Then that surprise was overcome by anger, how could such a mere farmer think of the mighty Sovereign Dominion's Sky Demon Order so lowly.

"After I heard him I killed him and his entire family. Then in a new guise I approached a merchant and asked him the same."

"And he replied to me "a bunch of illiterate people who do not know the pleasure of money," and so after hearing him I killed him and his entire family, even his young daughter alongside his entire merchant group. I didn't spare anyone even the family of those working under him were killed because of his insult.``Once again Cheon Mujin demonstrated how ruthless he is. He would not let even a single insult go unpunished.

"Once again after that I donned another disguise and approached a fisherman and asked him the same thing. He replied to me "fanatics who do not know compassion," and so I killed him and poisoned the river, killing everyone in the town who relied on that river." As he recited those words everyone was feeling fear from him. Cheon Mujin never fails to remind them who he is. A ruthless and heartless monster.

But that is what they need. An organization does not need a compassionate and kind leader, what it needs is a strong leader that can lead, someone who does not think of the common and only thinks for the benefit of his own group.

"And then as last, I approach a monk and asked the same thing and he answered to me "lost people who believes in an imaginary deity, people who are to be condemned in the eternal hell of flame," and then I killed him alongside with the head of the temple of the branch he belongs to."

"Do you all see the pattern here?"

"The central plain does not respect our religion any more. We have built the martial world with our strength, helped the empire establish itself with our martial but even with such feats we were content with remaining here at the Ten Thousand Mountain. But now! They are openly showing their hostility against us despite our aid towards them. They have lost their heaven's mandate, and that mandate is the Cult's will."

"I will not take anymore of this insult. I have enough of this blasphemy!"

"I, the First Sovereign, the second cheon ma, the 24th Lord, and the only living divine master, declare war against the Wulin Alliance."

"Let them know the might of the cult once again! Let them know fear! Through my life they will know death and only till my death will they know life. Brandish your sword. For we will go to war!"
