BEHIND THE HAPPINESS
Nan's POV
"Hi!!! Welcome, Nan!" A woman's voice was heard from above.
Nan and Din startled and looked up. It was Din's mom on the second floor calling for Nan.
"Come up, Din! Everyone is already waiting!"
"Okay, Mom! Nan, come on!"
"Wa-wait! What did she mean by 'everyone'?"
"Hm? Of course, it's the rest of my family. My father, mother, brother, and sister. Usually, my sister's boyfriend joined us, but I don't know if he's here or not."
Nan didn't see this coming. She stunned with her mouth half-opened. Din chuckles seeing Nan's shocked face. He can feel that Nan is tense through her shoulders. Then, he stroked Nan's shoulder, trying to calm herself down while walking to the dining table.
While walking there Nan looks around Din's house. She thought it was truly fancy. It was her first time seeing a house that big.
