Fractured

Enisia came in and looked between the two, her father and her aunt. They were clearly angry with each other, she cleared her throat somewhat quietly and the two looked over to her.

Onicent almost smiled a tiny bit. "Enisia have you come home to me?" He asked her quietly.

She shook her head, "our differences aside father I must tell you that my brother Epis has gone missing."

"Missing?" Alora asked coolly.

"Disappeared without a trace, my mother Airabella had thought him asleep in his room, but he is not. No one has seen or heard from him." She explained. "Theres something else father," she went on to explain the rise of the Ender Dragon.

"Impossible," Onicent said, "where is the proof of this?"

"I saw it with my own eyes," Enisia answered, "a spider attacked me with glowing purple eyes days ago."

Onicent shook his head.

"You have got to release Elsbeth from the End," Alora said darkly, "the world is growing in chaos."

"Father release them, we will need their aid." Enisia said.

"No!" Onicent said, "I will not have Maiguh come here again."

"Our family is suffering, where is my brother Amos or my sister Rissa, it is only you and me, mother and Feia left." Enisia pleaded, "and soon I shall depart as well, if you refuse to act then I will."

"I sent Amos out on a task." Onicent answered plainly.

"Where is he then, call him here," Enisia asked him.

Onicent called his name, once and then again. Yet the boy did not return. Onicent muttered in frustration.

"I beg you to listen to us," Enisia implored him. "We will all be finished because of our reluctance to work with Maiguh, he is your brother, why do you not trust he will assist us?"

"You know nothing of the past Enisia," Onicent warned her. "You are a child, you hardly understand."

"I understand that I see my own father allowing my siblings to disappear and not looking for them, what will you do when Feia and myself go? Or even my mother Airabella?"

She looked to Alora, "I have brought the nymph Azura along with me, with your permission I would like to take her with me to aid me in preparing to face the Ender Dragon."

"Does she wish to?" Alora asked.

"She does," Enisia said, "I will ensure she is safe enough and she will be of great help to me."

"Very well," Alora said, "best of luck to you both."

Enisia cast her father a scathing glare, "I hope to return and see you being of aid to us, else I think I may see you on the battle field." She turned her back to him.

Onicent sat watching her go, "pause for a moment." He at last called after her. She stopped and turned. Onicent reached far down into the darkest part of the world and brought something to the surface, a shiny blue ore that glittered. From it he forged a sword, he was not as skilled as Amos, but he still created a deadly weapon. "Take it," he instructed her, offering no other words.

She nodded, still angered at him.

"I shall be off as well," Alora said, "I have nothing more here."

Enisia and Alora turned away from Onicent and walked out. A stream of wolves seemed to pour past Onicent following their master as she left.

Onicent having little else to do put a hand to his face.
