CHAPTER 17
"Welcome your new classmate astin. he'll be attending this class with you all."
I was confused. I thought I was supposed to pack my things and leave for the elite school.
"Since you refused the offer given to you. The higher ups thought it would be better to send you to the basic elite class. Go take a sit I'll explain everything in a moment." Whispered Sergeant Leon.
I walked near the other students trying to find a good seat when I noticed someone waving at me.
"astin over here." whispered the guy.
and I approached him and took a seat beside him.
"I can't believe you're in this class marches. You too nick."
"I think we are the once that are supposed to tell you that astin. Care to explain?" said nick
But before I could answer him, I heard the voice of Sergeant Leon.
"Good evening class I'm Sergeant Leon who will be teaching you in this class from now on. you can all call me instructor Leon in this class. But outside of this class you'll call me Sergeant Leon." "In this class you'll learn everything you need from history to fighting experience. As some of you know this is the basic elite class and most of you want to join the elite school where you will get the best teaching from strong well-known warriors. Now in order for you guys to join the elite school you must show good progress in your training here or take a test which will be held in two years from now and we'll determine from the test wither you're qualified to join the elite school or not. Now let's not waste any time and head to the arena."
After instructor Leon finished his speech all of us disappeared and got teleported to a huge arena which was twice the size of the one, we were at when we chose which class to attend.
"Ok you guys will be sparing one on one. and that's it but this class will end after ten hours of spars I'll give you guys half an hour of rest after five hours passes and that is it. You are allowed to use your abilities and equipment's too each fight will last for only ten minutes So even if you defeat your partner in less than ten minutes you will fight him again until the ten minutes timer is off after that you will fight someone else. Now do not waste any more time and choose who you want to fight."
After he finished everyone started to choose their partners for the sparing.

"Young master it's this new guy. which family do you think he's part of?"
"How would I know? jeff you go and spar with him and find what his ability is."
"Yes, young master."

"Hey you."
I heard someone call for me and turned around to see someone that was almost the same height as mine and had a fair amount of muscles.
"What do you want?" I asked.
"I want you to be my sparring partner." He spoke. and before I answered him, I looked at his status

When I looked at his status. I was confused from it even though his level was high his stats wasn't.
[Everyone has different potential this guy doesn't have a lot of potential that's why his states are low unlike those twins that have a better potential.]
I understood what James said but then I had another idea that came out of my head, and I asked James a question.
'James when will the second evolution start?'
[When you reach level fifty why are you asking? oh no you monster.]
Everyone in the basic elite class must be at the B class maybe some of them are at the A class too If I was lucky enough to fight him early in the spars.
"Let's do it." I spoke with a voice full of confidence and excitement.
"Good tell me first what's your power level."
"19600. What about yours?" I said while showing him my watch
"Mine is 22340. I'm not going to wear my equipment so that you get a chance against me."
"Are you sure?" I asked him.
"Yes I am."
"Well suit yourself I'll be wearing mine then." I said and he just nodded
"Is there a place for me to change?"
"What do you mean isn't your equipment inside your ring? you should be able to equip them in an instant."
"Oh." I said in surprise. Then I tried to equip my armor which didn't take me long to figure out and once I did my aura just exploded which I got under control in a few seconds. But it was already too late everyone's gazes was on me. and this guy jeff went pale after seeing my watch for the second time.
"A peak grade armor." he said with his voice shaking.
"Do you want to use your equipment now?" I spoke that came out heavy because of the helmet.
and without saying a word he wore his equipment which made his power level increase by three thousand. and increased his strength and stamina by seventy points and his endurance by two hundred points. Even though his power level increased I could clearly see him shaking.

Full set bonus:
if you dodge an attack successfully there is a 5% chance that your opponent will feel fear and agony and will be frozen for 3 seconds, all damage used on your opponent will be increased by 50% in those three seconds.
I checked my status, and I could say that I'm proud with it at the moment. There might be only two or three that can match me maybe even overpower me. But I didn't care about it that much.
"Ok each one of you chose their sparring partner for the first spar before we start. You should know that you won't be able anyone's fight so that you won't be able to get any advantage on that opponent. and don't even think about using deadly attacks because you'll be punished harshly for that."
after he finished talking the arena started shaking.
