chapter 1 : the unbreakable box

A middle aged man was walking in the park. he was doing his usual routine of running around the park when he finished running, he started huffing and saw an ice cream truck so he ordered himself some ice cream but before he could even taste the ice cream, he saw something suddenly crash right in front of him which made him drop his ice cream.

a crowd started to form around the crash all they could see is a big black ball after about two minutes people started to approach the black ball but as soon as they approached it, the broke into half and suddenly someone started coming out of it all they could see is a human shaped giant wearing armor covering his whole body. as soon as the giant made eye contact with the humans then he grabbed one of them and slammed him into the ground, as soon as the crowd saw the slammed corpse at the floor they started to freak out and run.

suddenly another big black ball appeared out of nowhere and hit one of the people that's running which killed him. And just like last time the ball broke into half and another giant came out and after that many other balls started to appear from the sky.

After that day the war between humans and giants started many life from the human side have been lost in that war which gave the giants the upper hand of winning this war. when the humans started to think they lost suddenly some people have acquired abilities that gave the humans a chance to win the war ability users had the ability to pass their abilities with something called ability scrolls to anyone, which made some people greedy with their abilities and only teach it to their families.

the humans even discovered new technology and visit new planets whenever they wished and they even discovered beasts in those planets which helped them make weapons and armor out of it which gave them even more power.

and the war want on for over ten years with no clear winner, which lead to a truce between the two.

in year 3100 :

students went out of school where some of them were laughing and other crying because it was there last day in school suddenly a large boom was heard and when they looked to see what happened all they could see was a guy laying on the ground like a corpse. they started to ignore him so they don't get involved and get in trouble suddenly someone walked up to him and grabbed him by the shirts and lifted him from the ground.

"try not to die on me astin" said the guy with blue hair while smirking.

his hand the started to turn grey and then he pounced him in the stomach.

astin that started to puck blood.

"well that's my goodbye gift for you astin see you later " said the guy with blue hair while leaving.

astin didn't care much to the pain and got up and went back to his small apartment

when he entered his apartment he threw himself at the and started watching tv until he got bored.

"time to get back to work"

he went to his bed and toke out a huge box from under the bed he then toke out from his bag a bottle of acid liquid that he made from school then poured the acid liquid on the box ,but just like every attempt nothing happened.

"DAMN IT" said astin while punching the box with his fist.

then he realized what he did and started screaming from the pain felt from his hand that was in acid , hand started to bleed and blood started to drop on the box which led it to open.

when he saw the box open he ignored his arm and ahead to take a look at the box. his eyes and mouth widened when he looked at the box because it was full of ability scrolls beast armor and beats weapons but then he realized something even though there was a lot of weapons armor and scrolls the box was to small to hold that many of stuff. he then remembered that there was that item could [storage rings] that can hold that many of stuff in a ring those rings would cost a fortune in order for someone to gain it but he never heard of a box that does the same thing. he then tried to see how much can this box store and started to emptying it out. he still didn't empty the box but his room was already full of stuff to the point he couldn't take anything outbut then when he was going to stop he saw something in the box that caught his attention. he then grabbed what looks like a scroll. but it was black in color which was weird because the scrolls that know of is:

grey which gives a power level from 1 - 5000

white which gives a power level of 5001 - 20000

blue which gives a power level from 20001 - 50000

red which gives a power level from 50001 - 100000

and the last one that only 5 people have the yellow scroll which give a power level from 100000 - ???????

no one knew how much power level does the yellow scroll gives since it gave so much power level for it's user.

but he never heard of a black scroll or how much power level does it give he put the black scroll on his desk and put all the stuff back to the box . when he finished cleaning up the room he then toke a sit at his desk and looked at the black scroll and was thinking what to do with it.

astin didn't have an ability to began with that was due to him being an orphan he was 10 years old when he lost his family in the war. the government offered him an apartment and salary each month which was enough for buy food and clothing. after long thinking he decided to gamble and open the scroll when he did it he felt really excited but the excitement didn't last for too long because when he opened the scroll he saw nothing . he felt disappointed after what he saw and decided to look at the other scrolls inside the box but suddenly he felt an arm grabbing him when looked behind he saw an arm coming out of the scroll he tried to resist but he couldn't then he was taken by surprise and got dragged and his arm got inside the scroll and got eaten away he screamed from the bottom of his heart and before he lost consciousness a screen appeared right in front of him.
