They are a possibility that Kai was merely lying to not end the whole fight. However, what use is it if he was going to die? And just the expression a few moments now. Leo couldn't help but wonder whether it was just a coincidence or not.

"Are you lying to me?!!" Leo shouted grabbing Kai by the throat. "What do you mean by you have lost control?"

Kai tried to back away, but Leo's grip on his neck was firm not even giving him the slightest chance to break free.

"Please .... You have to trust me... I lost control !" Kai cried out.

"Trust you?" Leo asked. "Do you know what happened to those that trust you?"

"They lost control of their body and would be manipulated by you guys. How dare you say that I should trust you!!" Leo raised his hand to hit Kai but stopped himself...

"It not yet time to kill you," He declared before glancing at Peter. "Go find Sin" he instructed.

Immediately, Peter was off. Leo decided to tie Kai up while leading him to the ship. Leo went and looked into the computers that have been set.

'Why am I having this feeling that it's truly out of control? Does this means that the colonizer might decide to go on a rampage?' Leo wondered.

Not everyone will remain calm after he or she founds out that their body has been used against their will. Especially when that said person has the power to retaliate.

In no time, reports were reaching Leo's ears, and they were worse than he have thought.

Peter have eventually reached the Sin location. The place was more badly messed up than he remembered. All the thick forest trees has been knocked down and were laying on the floor.

Craters could be seen all around the place. As for the people responsible for this, Sin was nowhere to be found. Regardless, Peter used his sniffing to locate the latter under one of the trees that were on top of him.

He was seriously wounded and needed medication. Just before Peter could move, he heard a sound from the side. Turning, he could see a man, obviously a zombie covered in green liquid as he gazed at him.

"You must be the colonizer right?" Peter said getting as he take a step forward.

"Strong!" the man said in a cracking voice. "How come are you not affected?" he asked.

"None of your concern...now die!!" Peter rushed forward with his sickle. He prepared for a swing, but it was the horde of beasts rushed out from the forest and blocked his path.

Swinging it at the first beast, it was killed, followed by the second one. However, Peter noticed that some beasts were heading towards Sin.

"Either kill me and let him die, or save him and let me go!" the zombie said.

Peter clenched his teeth and shouted. "Damn, you... I will be coming back for you!" he shouted before picking up Sin and dashing back.

Lynn was soon called. Something strange has also happened on their side. The beast and zombies that we're still alive suddenly turned and ran away towards a particular direction.

Of course, this was a perfect opportunity for them to strike, but the problem was that most of them were already tired and has to rest.

Lynn was helping in healing them, and Sin have been brought as well. In no time, Sin was back on his feet.

"What do you notice ?" Leo asked Peter when arrived at their resting camp.

"He speaks more freely, more like he is no longer under their control," Peter said.

Leo then looked at Sin. "What happened... You were the one fighting with him?"

Sin who has now recovered explained what happened and how he ended up blasting off the mask out of the Colonizer's face.

Back then, Sin tried all methods he know and could think of to kill the colonizer, but the zombie somehow was able to come out unscathed by them multiple times.

Sin didn't know why, but suddenly, the colonizer started to send off his horde. While doing this, not only was it not getting weaker, it's size was shrinking and this gave Sin a better view of what to do.

He quickly attacked the moment he saw the opportunity. However, for his attack to be decisive, he have to come closer which in the end also affected him.

"But it survived ?" Peter said.

"My only guess is that the colonizer used all the beast energy to survive the attack and in the end, he has lost them all,"

"is that why the other beast suddenly stopped attacking?" Lynn asked.

"Yes... And if I am correct, what the colonizer will be trying to do next to gather more beasts? If we want to kill that thing, then we have to do it now before he restores his power," Leo said.

"Where should he be heading right now ?" Peter asked.

"To the rift, of course, there is the most likely place it should be heading to refill its horde number," Leo said.

"Wait...why don't we just close the portal?" Lynn suggested.

"Don't be silly, first, we can't... That thing there is not just a portal we can open and close any time you want, that thing is a rift, it is simply like a bridge. Another reason we shouldn't close the portal even if we can is because your brother is on the other side," Leo said. Thinking about Lyon, Leo wondered how he was fending off.

Nonetheless, they have to focus on their job of finding the colonizer as fast as they can.

Meanwhile, it was already a bit too late for them, the colonizer have reached the rift where beasts were gathered.

He raised his hand and unleashed its power. "Come to me!" he shouted.

The alluring spell surged out of his body and soon, it started taking effect on the beasts. Not only them though, but the zombies as well.

All the zombies, even those with masks could smell it and for some reason this time, the alluring smell was just too powerful that most couldn't hold it back again. They found themselves running towards the rift direction.

Meanwhile, Bull fell to the ground as he was trying to resist the smell. Leo soon noticed this trouble.

"The mask is not working anymore!" he realized.

Meanwhile, Lyon who has been fighting Ozzie for a while now also noticed the number of beasts rushing through the portal, the number was just too great for him to keep up with.

He could even see a couple of demon-level beasts also moving towards the rift this time. 'I have to finish this, and I have to do it now!" Lyon was almost shouting.

Meanwhile, with the sudden rise in power, a particular person has finally come out from his evolution sleep.
