The Rebels:

The first faction, who called themselves the 'Maiti' rebelled against the law that prohibit the masses from speaking their native languages, from practicing their various doctrines and cultures but allow only those who as paid for it and wish to keeping speaking their languages and keeping they culture alive, this faction believe that that law will divide the people than unite them.

But the Maiti were quickly subdue, with overwhelming military might and diplomatic reasoning that the only payment allow to grant license for speaking your language is service that has and will continue to help the humans for generation to come whether scientifically or in agriculture.

This can only be done by a very few set of people, and the vetting that will be needed to verified if truly a master piece of work as been created will make any one attempting to get the license to think twice about it, and since that law as been made, the people who made ground breaking inventions and discovery don't even care about languages or other thing like that, they just want to do their research and get back to more work and at the end of it all every single human will end up with just one culture, doctrines and native. 

The second faction, called themselves the 'Sach las' rebelled for the way of living of the masses, the poorer masses to be exact.

The way this single settlement of the human race are divided into three section, with the rich and powerful living comfortably and lavishly in the royal city and the upper city, and letting the poor who can barely feed once a day in the outer city to encircle them with no to no protection.

They are simply saying that the poor should be the one to protect them the rich from the horrors that now live in the wild and forest of this new earth, where even the plants and trees have turn carnivorous.

They simply abandoned the poor people who can barely protest themselves, it make no sense at all and seems crude and heartless to even think about much less doing it to the less, less privileged, the humans all suffer the plaque together and with the way the old earth suffer because of this act of using the poor to get more rich for themselves, it divide the old earth and even before the plaque, war between nation was a constantly game that was played, this is a new chance the God has giving so why must some enjoy more than other just because they claim their self to be in power, it inhumane to not even be any promise of better life for everyone. 

In fact more than half of the masses living in the outer city don't even know who is ruling them or who is making the rules, they are all following so diligently. And the other half only know that the army has the higher authority and say in most things that concern the human welfare, but the upper city and the royal city people knows that they are all under a dictatorship, a single man who has the highest power over them all, others may claim there is the military court where the powerful come together to deliberate on matters and what to do, but at the end of it all only this single man have the final say in it.

The Sach las rebel faction shut down by themselves when the 'government' they were fighting make a law that anyone who accumulate enough merit point in the military can have their status change and live better life.

Even if it only a single person from the family that accumulate the said point, the whole family, in fact everyone who the accumulator point out as his family will have their life change to better, with this rule, no one could complain anymore other than work hard to get into the military and accumulate the appointed point and eventually this second rebel organization disband. 

The third rebel faction, called themselves the 'Yanci' just came into known about five year ago but the army are sure they have been around longer than that, in fact the remnant of the previous two rebel faction have been sighted among their member in some of their raids, and they have prove again and again to be a very dangerous one, they have their hand in almost every part of the outer city crime group and they are rumors that half of the business man and woman in the upper city are also in one way or another connected to them or have done business with them.

The most mysterious thing about the Yanci faction is that their agenda is not known yet or what their motives are, no one knows who created it or how many members it has, they have not come out to demand for anything from the government or the army, they just seem like a bunch of mad man who has got their hands on power they are not suppose to and they just want to go on a rampage for no particular reasons.
