"What do you propose we do in this situation that won't cause an all out war between us and the higher human, although it seems these little battle won't be stopping any time soon little brother, the family has been nothing but good to us all, and we can't continue to sit down and watch those bastard higher human do as they like right" patriarch James says.

"You are totally right big brother, have been able to talk with one of the demon clans, since they are the only one we are currently in good terms with outside this our world and they have agreed to lend us a helping hand against the assault of the higher human" Rhemi flash a smile that definitely was not a smile at his brother.

[Just you wait, my stupid brother, you all think yourself powerful and all knowing just because father approve of you the most, just wait, l will make you and father regret the day you decide to humiliate me, l will destroy this family and everything it stand for] Rhemi thought as he patiently waits for his brother to consider what he had said.

James frown at his brother's words, the demon clans are a delicate race to deal with, especially when it come to deal that should involve mutual benefit, you will have to understand the demon clan you are dealing with quite well and what their sin may means to your deal with them before making any at all.

"The demon clans are known to be prey to their own sin, and they tend to induce in it more than they themselves can control, which demon clans did you request help from and what is their demand from us" Patriarch James ask, after careful dialogue with himself. 

There are quite a few from the seven demon clan that are easy to handle than the others, the Pride demon clan is one of the easy ones and since they are also the one they relate with the most, James believes they will be easy to deal with.

But nothing prepared him for what his was about to hear, but then again a hungry man is a desperate man, ready to do any things.

"The Envy demon clan and their demand is for them to have forty percent of our land here in this third heaven and forty percent of our share of the greater god associate spy network" Rhemi said as his produce a bottle of wine from his spatial ring and take a sip from it, the next second a presence that destroy everything and grind it all to dust descend upon the room they were in.

The moment James presence descend, Rhemi was reminded that his is in the present of an almighty god who is infinitely close to breaking through to the next stage, although Nick is also in the almighty god stage, they can not be compare in the same word, he has no hope again for the next sub stage or even the third stage because he got to this stage he currently in by the extensive use of pills, his foundation is barely strong enough to support the stage he currently in.

James presence, it almost destroy Rhemi's bone and organ along with everything else in the room, surprisingly the chair Rhemi was sitting on have no dent on it, he may be a true loser when it comes to energy and body cultivation, but he soul cultivation is one thing his is proud of and that has help his mind and brain and it has brought him this far, so he was sure of his proposal going true, he just have to be patient and carefully lay out his plan.

James calm down immediately and takes his time to consider what Rhemi just said, both the pro and con was what was at the fore font of his mind, first the envy demon have not been involved in any major fight for the past thousand year which mean their power should have strengthen a lot, especially their army number, although they have the high number of demons in the almighty god stage among them, they have been no news about any envy demon breaking through to the stage after almighty god, so they should be easy to handle in case of any mishap .

[he is quite right about that though, if we can negotiate for a better deal, like say ten percent of our land and twenty percent of the share of our spy network only, no need to bring them into the associate itself, and get them to sign the heavenly contract in our possession, they will be eternally bond to those rules we set, and later when we regain our strength will can renegotiate and have them remove from our world, at least this will save our world from those bastard and l can worry about searching for that girl later, and this can save my life from father's wrath too, one deal to eliminate three problems, but what is this snake gain, he must need something from me to strengthen that foundation of his or does he have other agenda] James thought to himself.

Rhemi was extremely patient and calm, trying not to give anything away from his expression or body language, he has learn the hard way to always keep his emotions and body language in check whenever he is dealing with people who see you as an ant they can crush at any time, allow them to be as proud as they want to be, till it comes back to bite them in the neck.

Seeing James taken this long to consider his proposal, Rhemi already believe he has succeeded in the first step of his plan.

James took a deep breath, "Rhemi, what is your gain in all this, l will be a fool to believe you are doing all this from the goodness of your heart" he decide to let go of all pretense and see if Rhemi gain can be negotiate too.

Rhemi already expect this question to be asked and he has also prepared his answer, he was going to cover his plan with what is obvious.

"Well you are right big brother, l really do have an agenda for my proposal, and don't worry, am not after your position, as you already know, my foundation is not in the best shape, l just need you to give me two drop from the heavenly spring, which should be opening up very soon and l also want your spies to lay off my back" Rhemi make his demand while a little smile play on half of his face.

"You remember our family only get five drop from the spring and father get three of it, while me and grand elder get one each right?" James say, he already figure out that he was trying to stabilize his foundation and the drop from heavenly spring is the best that can help him out and for the spies, that is easy. 

"Well yes l know that, but am sure you can make it work, can't you big brother" Rhemi answered immediately.

Although it won't be that hard for James to get one more drop from the other family to add to his own to give to Rhemi, it is still not an easy task, and the drop for him was what he was planning on to use to breakthrough to the next stage.

Well his will just have to wait for another five thousand years to get another one, and beside it not like Rhemi can catch up to him in that time, he will be needing up to four drop to fix his foundation and increase his energy cultivation, so he really don't have anything to worry about.

"Ok, let go negotiate..." James stands from his sit and walk out without even waiting for Rhemi.

Rhemi smiled to himself. James seems to have forgotten that the Heavenly contract becomes clean when there is a change of ownership in the heaven's title.
