Taking the next step, every single one counts.

"Hmmm…." I muttered, my eyes slowly opening to find Amber resting her head on my chest, fast asleep.

Turning my gaze to the side, I also noticed rays of sunlight passing through the curtains. Yep, it was morning.

Most of what happened yesterday was still a bit clear so I knew exactly what I was going to be expecting from the day.

Not that I'm worried, but knowing the fact I have made significant progress since my awakening, is kind of motivating me.

Gently, I sat upright on the bed, moving Amber's head away from my chest while making sure she didn't wake up. Staring at her for a while, I sighed, "Such a troublesome woman".

Getting that out of my head, I moved to the next step, a lot has to be covered today, and I plan to take care of every single thing.

Firstly, I took my bath, completely freshened up and ready to move out. I couldn't find my clothes so I dressed in the one I could find.
