An episode of delusion

Azrael took in a deep breath, trying to keep herself calm. What made Kaia think she can win against her?

"One," Azrael started to count, her hand which was holding Kaia's arm, started to spark blue flames.

"Two." The flame grew a bit bigger, Kaia's face winced in pain yet she didn't budge a bit and continued pulling Azrael's hair.

"Three." The flame grabbed the whole of her arm, seeing the flame taking over her arm, Kaia freaked out and let go of her hair.

Azrael let her arm go, once Kaia let it go. The fire was still on her arm, and Kaia was agitated trying to put it off. Even August who was just watching from afar was horrified by how cruel she was. He couldn't sit while someone was burnt alive. He walked up to Kaia but Azrael stopped him from going closer.

Azrael turned around to watch Kaia crying in pain. Azrael held onto August's arm from not letting him go further.
