Chapter 65

"Awesome! I'm glad that the public were really just misunderstanding you just now." Fabian smiled and diverted the topic. He asked her many more questions and finally the interview came into an end.

Ashlyn and Li Zi headed back to their hotel.

"I will personally post the medical reports to defend myself. If there is any news call me, it's been a long day. You should rest for now. We can still move to the next step tomorrow." Ashlyn told her and Li Zi agreed.

Ashlyn laid down in her bed with a cunning smile. Sissie had given her the perfect opportunity to give her a blow. She was confident that Sissie would not recover from it easely.

Soon after she received the medical report and she posted it online to prove her previous claim.

The video @Ashlyn_edits had posted was a small joke the person had made but overnight it became the hottest meme. The video started with Sissie's pictures of glory in the industry with a sticker of a crown on her head. Her image was moved across the screen and placed on top of a mountain. Below the mountain was Ashlyn.

Around Ashlyn there were crowds of different people throwing compliments and then another mountain appeared. The mountain would slowly move up and up as the video continued. That happened until it was a bit taller then Sissie's. Red sparks were placed in Sissie's eyes as she 'glared' at Ashlyn.

She came down from her mountain and her 'sticker' ran to her mansion where a clip of her crying appeared. The clip was taken from a role in a drama she played but it still made the video insanely hilarious to the viewers. After that a light bulb sticker appeared above Sissie's head.

The video skipped to the scene where Ashlyn 'pushed' Sissie down the stairs. Sissie took a step back and she fell down the stairs. Since her picture was of a sticker it looked funny.

The next part was everyone pointing their fingers at Ashlyn and blaming her. The medical paper showed up on the screen and then Ashlyn's mountain sticker was placed above Sissie's and the sticker of the crown above Sissie's head was removed. It was placed above Ashlyn's head and then the video came to an end with dramatic music.

The video was nothing special at first. It was just the inner humor of the person who edited the video but the video went viral in just a few hours and everyone was sharing it with their friends.

The next morning,

"Cough* Bro, you have to see this." Mike stumbled into Conner's office, doing his best to hold back his laughter. A guy like him who always enjoys some good comedy was easily defeated by the video he just saw.

It was too funny for him to even walk properly. He had been rolling on the floor laughing hysterically and it wasn't until now that he managed to get up and walk to Conner's office.

He badly wanted to go back to New York and watch Ashlyn's reaction to the video.

He received a glare from Conner when he got inside because he had disrupted his work. He ignored his glare and closed the door behind him.

"Bahaha you have to watch this." He handed him the phone and dropped on the ground laughing hysterically once again. When the video started playing again and Mike recognized the dramatic music he laughed even harder. His laughter was so loud that the people outside the office were extremely concerned.

"No,no I can't breathe HAHAHA." Mike started hitting the ground with his hand and holding his stomach.

"...." Conner looked at the video and he realized why Mike was laughing so hard. He himself let out a low chuckle but he restrained himself unlike someone else who was uncontrollable laughing on the ground.

He was a bit surprised by the sight. It had been long since Mike laughed so hard at something.

"Mike, I don't think you are supposed to be looking at your phone while at work." He scolded him and tossed him the phone back. Mike coughed a few times and looked at him and then glanced at the phone. He repeated these actions a few more times but in the end he started laughing again.

There were even tears at the end of his eyes. He wiped them away and started stumbling like a drunkard out of Conner's office.

"BAHAHAH I really can't." When he exited he started hitting his head on Conner's door while laughing.

The people around him stared at him in shock. Some were even petrified…

"...."

Conner who could hear him laughing placed his palm on his forehead and he laughed silently. Mike's reaction was even funnier than the video.

….

Mike was not the only one laughed like that at the video.

In Li Zi's hotel room:

Lake and Cameron were rolling on the bed laughing uncontrollably. Ashlyn and Li Zi stared at each other. This morning both girls barged into their rooms and asked for a small group reunion.

Lukas walked inside and he frowned seeing his sister falling off the bed and laughed.

"What's so funny did I miss something?" He asked scratching his head. Ashlyn shrugged. "Pfft, the video is probably not that funny…" Li Zi sighed with a smile and too out her phone.

"Ash you HAHAHA." Lake coughed a few times trying her best to speak. Lake ran to her side and started patting her back because she was choking in her own fit of laughter.

"Ash...did you see the crown...and HAHAHA rolling down the stairs….the crying….the mascara in her face HAHAHA." Cameron touched her chest. "It's too funny. Ah, I need something to drink."

Ashlyn helped her up and poured her a glass of water. Li Zi started playing the video and as soon as Cameron heard the familiar music she spit the water in Ashlyn's face and roared in laughter along with Lake.
