"But what if you do it?" Yeom Tae asked, "A 21 hour surgery?"
Haneul shook her head, "It's very unlikely I'd have a 21 hour surgery." She said while chuckling.
"Why that?" Yeom Tae asked in genuine curiosity while starting to drive.
"That's because people just consult with the pediatricians. We don't have long surgeries. We just go to any surgery being performed on a kid. For example, if I receive a patient and they complain about headaches and chest pains. I will rule them out of my department and send them to Cardiology. If cardiology finds a heart related issue, they'll treat the patient in my stead. Let's say the same patient needs a heart surgery. Do you think I'll do it?" She explained briefly.
"Well, will you?" Yeom Tae asked.
