Lucille knew what Mosher was worried about. He was most likely afraid that she would be affected by the resentments that just occurred and become angry, so much so to the point of turning around and leaving without any care for the huge mess in Peace City.
This worry was obviously excessive.
Lucille had never been one to fuss over minor issues. Such talk was not enough to dictate her mood, let alone shake her resolve.
She could ignore the external voices as long as she knew she was not at fault.
With her clear gaze, Lucille crumpled up the paper towel she had used to wipe her hair and casually tossed it into a trash bin.
Mosher let out a sigh of relief. "Then, I can rest assured..."
The convoy finally came to a stop after reaching their destination, which was a lavish restaurant. Mosher had specially made a reservation for Lucille and her team. The food and drinks were already served inside to welcome them.
After a tiring day, it was indeed necessary to replenish their energy.
