Pov Emily

Got home after my uncle came to pick me up as Mom announced me about it...Mommy!! I called out, oops she hasn't arrived yet, went into my room took off my bag then my dress had my supper then tried to read a book before getting some sleep... I started reading then realized I was not paying attention to what I reading but was rather lost in thought as I was thinking about the smile Eric gave. Why didn't I smile back? I thought... He was just tryna be nice but why did I feel I had made a mistake by not smiling back at him? Why should I even care , this is my first time thinking about a guy apart from my Dad.. No Emily stop thinking about him .. u don't care... I said,then said good night to myself after praying to God .

Got up in the morning still feeling sleepy but I have to get going to school, getting to a position, I rubbed my eyes then stare at the wall clock above. I opened them widely as I realized I was late an hour late for school.. I called out to Mom to complain to her for not waking me up early but she wasn't there I guess she and Dad spent their night in a hotel.

I then rushed to the bathroom to grab my bath, after I had finished dressing up I ran fast as I could to catch-up with abus cause there was no one to pick me up and I had used a bus in going to school on several occasions when I was in undergrade.. Got to school and all eyes turn on me again could see the teacher was in class teaching, guess it's the first lesson.. I got in greeted him and all my new mates burst into laughter pointing to my skirt..

OmG! Was what I said after examing my self... that I realized my skirt was not positioned appropriately and my top was worn back, such embarrassment so I went out to positioned it ... There, Eric and my eyes meet the moment I walked back in but this time he didn't give a smile but rather stare me with his icy cold eyes which I can sense danger in those lovely eyes... immediately I stare down to avoid any more glances ..

Got to school to find out whether Emily was in but wasn't in... I guess she wouldn't come today, I thought, there she is after half of the lesson was gone but how has she dressed... Then by the time I realized everyone has bursted into laughter which I also smiled cause it looks funny... How can I lady like her be careless of her dressing I thought only guys have a problem with such things or she didn't look at her self in the mirror... Why am I even thinking about her, it none of my business... But I feel she wasn't happy about how laughed about her... Hey u are still thinking! I said to my self...
