Mark expected those two notifications as Truck-kun had told him about them, but they still surprised him. From what he was told about the amount of the rewarded <Truck Points>, he would be the difference between his level and the target's level, meaning that in this case, Kiran was level 35. Turck-kun told him that up to level 50 wouldn't be hard for a person to reach, but he didn't expect a person like Kiran to be that high level, as he wasn't that much older than him.

As for the Realms and the compatibilities, Truck-kun also had given him an explanation of them. Each Realm welcomed people of certain personalities and talents, so the closer to these ideals they were, the higher their compatibility. Since the Green Realm was the only one to be decent, even if it was just 50%, Mark chose that quickly.

The moment he did, it was when the body of Kiran's disappeared, but since Mark didn't take too long to read them, nobody noticed the driver disappearing. The bus driver may have seen Kiran before crashing with him since the latter's car hat his car roof folded, but at the moment and the driver's disappearance, he could consider that his mind was playing tricks.

Mark also used his <Minor Energy Manipulation> to check about any cameras that could look in that direction, which was easy as they needed some energy on them. Unfortunately, there was only one camera that he short-circuited with his Skill. It could draw attention because of the coincidence, but there was no way that someone could point the blame on him, as he used some inhuman abilities.

Mark had also made his way towards the car to look, as it would be weird not to do so. However, he also wanted to ensure that the body had disappeared and Truck-kun wasn't lying to him.

'I wonder what task they will give to him? Probably nothing too serious since his compatibility is basic. '

From Truck-kun's description, the System would further reward them if they did trucking with a person of high compatibility. But this time, they weren't that lucky, but at least Mark was sure that Kiran fulfilled the challenge requirements for <Feline Ears>. The Skill would improve his hearing, which he wanted to do so to enhance the chance of being able to tell if someone was following him.

He hadn't forgotten that someone followed him on the way to his latest delivery, and he still didn't know who was behind it, but he was confident that it should have to do with his accident. Having good hearing could help in that, as he would also try to improve his other senses, with similar Skills, that from the names suggested that they may have similar challenges as <Feline Ears>.

Still, Mark needed to target at least two more cat owners, which he planned not to do today, as it could draw attention. Even if there was no body, people would notice his disappearance at some point, as there were individuals that knew him at the hospital and had seen him.

Shortly after, police started gathering and clearing the crowd as some hospital personnel came out to check if anyone was injured. But none, or more specifically, the one that should have had some injuries, had disappeared.

Mark returned to the cafe after the police arrived and started telling people to go away, but he tried to eavesdrop on their talks with the help of Truck-kun. Truck-kun possessed the police car that was near the police officer who was in charge and was speaking with people that were making statements. Then Truck-kun could send what he heard to Mark by writing them as texts on Mark's phone, as Truck was still connected to it.

One of the hospital's people recognized the car and reported it to the police officers. From how the person spoke of Kiran, Mark understood the two weren't on friendly terms, making him think about what kind of person Kiran was.

Time passed, and Lylah appeared at the cafe, meeting Mark, who had moved to one table this time.

"I hope I didn't make you wait too long, "Lylah said apologetically.

Mark could also tell something was on her mind, as she seemed sad to him.

"You learned about the accident? Did you know the driver? "

Lylah's eyes widened a bit as she looked down after that. She took a seat while staring down, avoiding looking towards Mark, almost as if something terrible would happen if she did.

"Everything ok? You don't need to speak about it if you don't want. After all, I am a stranger to you in the end still. "

That sentence seemed to have affected Lylah as she raised her head to look at Mark. He saw a familiar look that differed slightly from usual --- a look of anger.

But typically, it looked like the person wanted to beat him up when they gave him that look. But in Lylah's case, that was missing, but still, Mark could tell that she was angry with him but didn't mean harm to him.

"I guess you really don't remember me. "

As she said that, Lylah stood up and ran outside the shop, leaving behind an astonished and confused Mark.

'Know her? Who is she? 'Mark asked himself.

He wondered if he had ever met Lylah again in the past, but nothing came to mind. But from how she spoke, she was confident that the two knew each other. Mark had no romantic interests, and the closest thing to it was the promise his father had made of Mark getting married to a Terret, but that got canceled with his exile.

'Could she be mistaking me for someone else? '

Mark, in the end, lacked details about the situation and didn't know if it would be a good idea to ask Lylah where they knew each other. After all, if they proved that he was actually the one she thought he was, it could make things worse by telling her to her face that she did not know who she was.

'But in theory, I already did that. So maybe I have nothing to lose in this case, then.'

With some determination in his mind, Mark left the cafe, trying to find Lylah. She hadn't left that long ago, and Mark was confident that she should have moved back to the hospital. After all, she hadn't finished her shift and was supposed to just be on her lunch break with him.

But he didn't need to enter the hospital, as he saw her back in a corner. Her hands were over her face, and another female nurse was beside her with her hand over Lylah's shoulder. The other nurse was trying to comfort her, and Mark could tell even from that distance that Lylah was crying.

'What could it be that I have forgotten? What happened between us? '

Mark had no doubts that Lylah was confident that he was the one she thought he was, but he couldn't think why she reacted.

But then Mark noticed something he hadn't noticed before. It was a necklace in Lylah's hand that she probably had around her neck and under her outfits, which was why Mark didn't notice it. It was a simple silver chain with a small, intricately carved pendant hanging from it. The pendant was made of a shimmering, shimmering stone. It was clearly a one-of-a-kind piece, as the carving on it was very detailed and delicate.

As he saw the necklace that Lylah held, memories came into Mark's mind, and felt like he was watching a short video of an event.

There was a ship, a cruise ship, which he had taken with some friends when he was a young teenager. He had the freedom and money to do that back then, as his parents hadn't abandoned all hope. While Mark was at the outdoor pool. He noticed a young girl near the ship's rails holding a necklace high in the air and kept moving it to change the angle from which she looked at it. Even from a distance, Mark could tell that she did so because the stone on the necklace's pendant changed color depending on the light and the angle one looked at it.

But something happened as a ball from people in the pool headed straight for the young girl. The ball was heavy, so when it hit the girl, it didn't hurt her, but it surprised her, causing her to do something she regretted instantly—- dropping her necklace in the ocean.

The young girl fell to her knees and started crying over what had just happened, but a sudden movement interrupted her crying. A person ran and jumped on the ocean, seemingly going after the jewelry.

People started gathering at that place, and crew members especially started ordering to lower a boat to rescue the person who made that reckless dive. Finally, after only half an hour, they brought the person, a young boy, maybe a bit older than the girl who dropped the necklace.

With a smile on his face, the boy moved toward the girl and gave her back the necklace which he had retrieved. The girl took it happily and looked towards the person in front of her with great admiration.

The person wasn't anyone else but Mark.
