Flames of Battle
Having his main, sword-wielding arm broken completely, Jett stood there, catching his breath as the horde of husks began to enclose on him.

Invoking the newly-acquired spell, a soft, emerald light clad itself around him closely, flooding his body with a spell that fixed his broken bones and lacerated flesh.
'It's not an instant process–I have to buy time,' he thought.
Using his left hand, he changed his fiery weapon into a blazing scythe, utilizing its long reach and wide-built blade to sweep through the undead with his restrained form.
Suddenly, the entire set of husks in front of him were swallowed up by a construct of darkness; a sweeping tidal wave of shadows that took the form of a beast, parting its jaws as it tried to swallow him.
'Crap…!' He thought.
"Comiiiiiiiin' through—!!!"
A bright-orange glow shot in front of him, clashing against the bestial maw of darkness with a huge release of flames.
