Ch. 10 The Explanation

"Well, what happened?? I wanna know! " Kathei said as we sat down at the dinner table. Martinus sat at my left, Siah at my right, and Kathei across from me.

"Well-" I started but Siah interrupted me.

"Me and Martinus got into a small fight, and Ilianna ambled around while she was still drowsy. She must've wandered off into dorm 4, because I heard her in one of the senior's rooms.

I went upstairs to see her on his bed and he was walking towards her. I said to not touch her.

And then I said that...she's..my..."

Siah's cheeks went red. So I decided to take it from there.

"He saved me, and thats all that matters! He was awesome. 😊" I said smiling gratefully at Siah. He covered his cheeks and his eyes got big. I have NO idea what his expression was, but was it so embarassing to show me it? Wait! Was he blushing again?! I tried to break the awkwardness with saying thanks to Martinus.

"Oh yeah! Martinus, thanks for watching over me when I was in that room sleeping. It would have been bad if a stranger came in and I was just sleeping alone. 😊"

He said, "Glad I could! 😏😄😄"

That slight smirk on Martinus's face made Siah look unhappy.

I said, "Tomorrow, after shool, do one of you wanna go with me to run some errands? Afterwards, we can get some ice crea-"

"ME!" was shouted from Kathei, Martinus, and Siah.

"Well, 😅, I can't take all of you. But don't y'all have plans? Do any of you have cars? Oh wait, what am I talking about...of course y'all have cars... " that last part I basically mumbled to myself.

"Kitty, I have a car, and I would totally go with you today, but I got a date with my girlfriend. Sorry. " Kathei said.

"Oh no, you're fine. I guess I could walk there or something... " I said planning my waking route already.

"I would take you, too. But I have to study. 😔" Siah said sadly.

"Si, no worries. We can catch up later. 😊" I said seriously, but happily.

"I'll take you, but I have rehearsal at 5:30. Does that suffice? " Martinus suggested.

"Sure, but I'll have a couple errands left over for tomorrow then. But thank you so much for helping me! "

He said, "Maybe you can come watch me. 😉"

"Really?! Would they let me?! Pleaseeeee!" I begged.

He put his hand on my head, and, stroking my hair said, "Of course you can. 😘"

He kissed me on the top of my head and then continued eating.

'DID THAT JUST HAPPEN?! OMG! MARTINUS NESRANNUG JUST KISS ME ON MY HEAD?! 😍😍😍' I thought as I flushed.

Watching me, Siah said, "Goodnight, I'm going to bed now."

When I finished dinner, I said good night and gave hugs to everybody.

' Siah had already headed up to bed probably because he was tired from running around all day for me. I HAVE to apologize to him. ' I thought drowsily as I walked up the stairs.

I turned into my dorm, slowly unrolled the covers, and got into bed.

' *sniff* *sniff* This smell is very familiar. I've smelled it before somewhere... ' I thought as I nuzzled against the warm sheets-'Wait, why are the sheets warm? The director must've washed and dried them before I came back from bandaging my hand or something. ' I thought sleepily. 'So warm, and smooth...😊...😴'

I felt two long warm things wrap around me. 'Ah😌! This feels like heaven after it being fall, and I even forgot my winter clothes too! 😤' I thought as I felt being drawn into a warm embrace by something. '😴😴😴'
