CHAPTER 13 RACING HEART

After making sure that there was no blood left , he raised his head to see her beautiful face which was shining in the moonlight coming from the window of the car but he couldn't get to see it for more time as his heavy eyes started closing

Meanwhile Bella whose heart was racing due to the uncontrolled action of Ray , couldn't stop herself from feeling embrassed afterall , she was also a teenager like Ray and still new to something like this.

Even when she confessed about her being the girlfriend of Ray and kissing him in front of everyone, although she appeared confident and bold but she was not . Infact at that time , she was very nervous and wouldn't have done something like that but when she saw how that Anna who betrayed Ray ,still have intentions of humiliating Ray with her new boyfriend .

Bella who knew about the real truth of Anna and her intentions which wasn't known by others , couldn't control herself and did that to show her that now Ray was not alone and have someone to support him unlike in the past .

She wanted Anna to know that now Ray have someone better than her . Although Bella didn't know but she indeed have suceeded in her intentions as Anna was still in disbelief and couldn't accept the reality .

Bella who somehow controlled her racing heart while Ray was drinking her blood and felt relieved when he finally stopped as he drew back his fangs

But it was short lived as she felt her heart nearly leapt out of her chest when Ray sensually licked blood from her neck .

And when Bella saw him staring at her face intently with his red blood eyes , her imagination started turning wild as she had read enough information on the internet to know what happens when a healthy man stare at beautiful girl like that. She also knew that male vampires after drinking blood always extra energized but when she saw him closing his eyes, her wild thoughts came to sudden halt and she was dumbfounded

" He fell asleep? " She asked herself loudly as if she couldn't believe but after thinking about this for sometime , she finally understood what had happened

As Ray was newly turned vampire and drank her blood which was filled with energy due to her high rank , his body although absorbed her blood effectively , still need some rest to completely aborb it and use it effectively.

After thinking about this, she knew that he wouldn't wake up anytime soon, so she stared at his handsome face which was always hidden from others due to his long hairs and thick glasses but now that his long hairs weren't hiding it , she can see it which still astonished her how he hided his face from everyone around him.
