Amy just help me stand up for the first time after my back injury and I will not lie and say that it was not painful. It was extremely painful but I need to stand by five o'clock today. I need to show my men that we are ready to attack the ship and that I am not a weakling with the injury.

I know that Amy said that I only can stand for half an hour before there can be repercussions. Now she is asking me if I am ready for the pain. I am more than ready for it if that means that my men see me up and about.

I can see pain written all over his face and I know that he is trying to be very brave. It is clear to me that this is very important to him and it does not seem like he is going to back down. Then I will do everything in my power to make this as easy as possible for him.
