The Irritation with Raul

Raul swallowed and experienced intense nervousness. He didn't know how to respond to Rydel. He didn't know who the Alpha was since the other pack members had purposefully confounded matters for everyone's safety in Rivendell.

Rydel noticed that Raul was stunned and pale. Rydel smirked and tapped Raul on the cheek with his carrying glass.

"I'm not an idiot, Raul. I know you have no idea who Rivendell's Alpha is."

"I'm sorry, Rydel. They truly intend to confuse the gammas. It's always been their plan."

"So your guy doesn't know who the true Alpha is?"

"I'm not sure."

Rydel tightened his teeth and moved away from Raul. "Inform the pack that they're running low this holiday season."

Raul cast a peek at Rydel. Although Raul has been introduced as his Beta, he is still scared of his pack's weredragons.

"Why should we stop attacking?" Raul inquired.
