Brahmini looked at her and asked with confusion "Isn't she with my other friend ?" and the girl shook her head in no.

Brahmini called Sony and when she asked the latter said "No, she isn't with me. I thought she is with you". Both the girls came out in a hurry leaving whatever they were doing. When they came out they understood her friend isn't there.

They later asked and realised that she didn't come from the restroom. They went to the restroom and found she isn't there. They called her again and her phone was switched off. They called the bodyguards and asked and they said they didn't see her come out.

They also realised that she was missing and panicked. They checked in the entire spa and realised that she really went missing. They tried to call her many times but the call didn't get through. They panicked and theri heart beat rose and they started sweating.

They ordered the bodyguards to check gir their friend and soon they called Naveen and he reached soon only after five minutes. In the meanwhile they continuously called Shriya's number but didn't get through.

Naveen searched the entire floor and not being able to find her. The entire mall and is crowded and the atmosphere is joyous and is in festive mood.

Even the security who were in civil also reached there and they were sent to search for suspicious people around them. They even thought that Shriya might be pranking them but they knew is a sensitive girl but they want to hope so.

Naveen decided to call Abhi after making sure that Shriya was missing and the situation was serious. When he informed, Abhi was so shocked that he left whatever he was doing and also ran to where Naveen and the girls were.

Barun and his men also reached there, and they checked the entire CCTV camera locations. She didn't leave the spa. They even checked the entire mall's security and cctv and nothing unusual about it.

The entire mall is crowded as the Christmas and the new year event is just around the corner and it became hard for them to search in that. There are many events going on different floors of the mall and different stores organizing different events to attract the customers and to increase the sales in that festive season.

The spa they entered is on the third floor and there are many other clothing stores, jewelry and food courts on that floor and on each and every store is crowded with customers and staff and there's nothing unusual in any of the stores.

Abhi and Rahul reached the mall and even started going through CCTV photage, but not before scolding the security personnel and the store staff and manager for being reckless.

The security personnel were breaking their heads trying to remember if they missed anything. Barun reached there with his manager and he was furious with the security. They were almost got hit by him.

He took the entire store under their control and the customers are escorted out only after making sure they were questioned and the news won't go out into the public. Even their contact information was taken in case they remembered or found something about the incident.

Barun rushed to the CCTV camera room and meanwhile Abhi already asked Shriya's friends about the details, when did they saw her last and when was the time that they found her missing and the time gap between the two incidents and the events that took place during that time.

Barun reached there and saw Abhi was observing the recording. He joined too and after observing it for a few minutes, both he and Abhi said at the same time "There, the Santa Claus".

On CCTV they could see a bunch of Santa Claus going into the store and after a few minutes they again came out and careful observation they could see one of them was not really walking but was being carried by others. Also during going inside there are only five people while coming out there are six people.

Both looked at each other and nodded their heads. Then they asked the security to get the CCTV photage of those.
