Aiden enters William’s study

"Dad! Stop! I am going to make a call to Elina. Come, Irena, Let's go," Jennifer said and lifted Irena.

"Call her from here. It has been a while, we last saw her. We want to see how she is doing now. Also, with William in the hospital, we cannot let her feel that she is all alone in this world. I wanted to ask you to bring her here. But after the stunt you all pulled in that old man's funeral, I thought it would be better for her to stay hidden than to live with us," Lisa said with a sad face.

"Alright, fine!" Jennifer sat down next to her mom once again. 

It didn't take much time for the call to be picked up from the other end. Nyx's big face appeared on the screen and made Irena scream in fright.

"Monster!" She shouted and closed her eyes with her two tiny hands.

"I am not a monster, baby! I am a human. Look at my beautiful face." Nyx tried to convince Irena and showed her face, even more, closer to the phone.
